James Corbett ~ Divide and Conquer: Politics and the Left/Right Fraud

This report explores both Occupy Wall Street and the Tea Party Movements, showing striking similarities, despite major (and quite successful) efforts to spin them off into partisan politics. Viewers might be surprised (as I was) to learn that the TEA (Taxed Enough Already) Party originally sprang from opposition to George W. Bush and his whitewashing of the 9/11 Commission. Corbett goes on to explore the history of “Divide and Conquer.”

I agree with Ann of Exopermaculture:

This is excellent.

“’The situation would almost be laughable, if it were not so tragic. Either someone is on the same side or they are the enemy. There is no room for nuance, for subtle distinctions, for alliance or cooperation on matters of great import.’

“Or, of course, for digging to the root of what caused the division in the first place.

“’But if you want a bagel, there are 23 flavors.’”

James Corbett ~ The history, purpose and effectiveness of the time-honored divide & conquer tactic of polarization in the military, social, political, economic landscape.

The Bankers Manifesto of 1892

At a time when two-party (i.e. two sides of the same coin) divisions are running at all time highs, I felt called to repost The Bankers Manifesto of 1892. Please look behind the curtain. There’s more to this in your face shutdown than meets the eye. Find some small (or large) thing that you can do today that invokes and supports what you’re truly looking to bring into this world, what you truly long to experience. I encourage you to eliminate the need for a middle man to bring that dream into being. What can *you* do *now* to move energies and actions along in your desired direction? NEITHER of these political parties works for your benefit, regardless of pretty speeches or media propaganda. Who are *you* and how do *you* wish to live? We live in extraordinary times. Please don’t make the mistake that a resolution in Washington Deceit will make or break your life. As Richard Bach said, “Argue for your limitations and sure enough they’re yours.” “Today is a new day. Don’t let your history interfere with your destiny! Let today be the day you stop being a victim of your circumstances and start taking action towards the life you want. You have the power and the time to shape your life. Break free from the poisonous victim mentality and embrace the truth of your greatness. You were not meant for a mundane or mediocre life!” ~Steve Maraboli

Laura Bruno's Blog

I discovered this little gem by following a link from Freedom Reigns County Project to an example of a County Relocalization Project in Ohio. Their site quotes from something called The Bankers Manifesto of 1892, which seems to be playing out like clockwork again, especially with the “housing crisis” and the bogus 2-party political system:

“People without homes will not quarrel with their leaders. History repeats itself in regular cycles. This truth is well known among our principal men who are engaged in forming an imperialism of the world. While they are doing this, the people must be kept in a state of political antagonism.

“The question of tariff reform must be urged through the organization known as the Democratic Party, and the question of protection with the reciprocity must be forced to view through the Republican Party.

“By thus dividing voters, we can get them to expend their energies…

Occupy Yourself

I posted this on Facebook a few days ago, but I think it’s a great reminder and very much in line with thoughts I’ve shared in earlier blog posts. Here’s Paige Bartholomew talking about the inner awakening that expands outwards to create a new reality. “As above, so below. As within, so without.” Enjoy!

Native American Prophecy and Occupy Everywhere

Thanks to Dean Scarpinato for bringing this video to my attention. It features a Native American woman talking excitedly about how our times right now are fulfilling Native prophecies from centuries ago. I hope you enjoy what she has to say:

As the Hopi said, “We are the ones we have been waiting for.”

Courage: The Time is Now

This is a call to all Lightworkers, Raw Foodies, Conscious Eaters, Natural Medicine Lovers, Healers, Mystics, Artists, Inventors, Uplifters, Green Witches, Faery Lovers, and Freedom Fighters:

There has never been a better time than right now to reveal your inner magnificence to the world. If you have felt oppressed, ignored, or misunderstood, this is your chance to prove yourself. This is your chance to celebrate. Now is the time to let all that repressed beauty, wackiness and enthusiasm explode from within your heart and mind. Now is the time to get creative. To love yourself. AND your neighbor. Now is the time to share the best you’ve got. As the Hopi say, “We are the ones we have been waiting for.”

As Marianne Williamson puts it:

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

Let’s see some of that power! Let’s see how big we can grow.

Occupy Wall Street has grown to Occupying other cities. The media continues to block most of what’s happening there, but that doesn’t make it go away. People are waking up all over the place, realizing they have inherent rights to prosperity, joy, peace and freedom. People have had enough of the illusion of being slaves. Earth is a free will planet. Let freedom ring.

Let freedom ring and sing like a Tibetan bowl whose sounds expand upon each other, creating a vortex of transformation. Let freedom wash over this country and this Earth. Let the golden light flow into and around every living creature and every created thing. Let the words “as above so below” permeate our minds and manifest miraculous things in our reality.

Let “following our bliss” become the norm, not the exception. Jesus said, “The kingdom of god is within you.” And you. And you. Martin Luther King, Jr. had a dream, and I have one, too. I dream of a life so full of joy and abundance for everyone that people realize they really can do, be, have and create everything they ever loved or would love to love. Maybe it’s the faery in me, but if I could use my magic wand and sprinkle pixie dust across the universe, I would scatter happiness far and wide. I would join the cosmic giggle and the music of the spheres and dance and sing in harmony with the Universe.

We can do this now. Even in the face of seemingly extreme obstacles. I was blessed to attend the Deva Premal, Miten and Manose concert in Madison, WI last night. Deva echoed my thoughts about “negative energy” when introducing the song, “Narasimha,” which offers protection from all obstacles, doubters, and oppressors. While Deva Premal does not focus on negative or dark energy, she recognizes the challenges of those following an alternative path. She explained that Narasimha is a fierce warrior who fights against tyranny. If you read the myth linked here, I suspect you’ll recognize some parallels to our world of BigBanks, BigPharma, mainstream media and rogue governments. The sweet melody reminds us that strength can arrive in the form of Grace, rather than bullying:

We can continue to focus on “all the good stuff” and let the Universe sort out the details. We can have courage through our love. I will leave you with another Deva Premal song from last night’s concert. Tumare Darshan expresses overwhelming gratitude for all that is. As Meister Eckhart assures us, “If the only prayer you ever say in your entire life is thank you, it will be enough.” We are the ones we have been waiting for, and what we have been waiting for already is. We just need to recognize and love it into our experience. I hope this song evokes as much joy in you as it does in me.

Abundance is Inevitable

As a follow-up to yesterday’s post about Non-Violent Revolution, Occupy Wall Street and Human Evolution, I thought I’d post this Abraham-Hicks video:

Humanity itself has something stuck in its vibration that has allowed this imbalance to occur. There is no real enemy outside of ourselves; no one can do to us what we don’t on some level attract and allow. We are magnificent creators! Let’s alllllllowwwww the change we seek. Let’s allow the freedom we seek. Let’s enjoy the flow. I actually posted this video because it’s 5:55 in length. Be the change. Bring the change!
