Blessed Yule Eve!

I will be offline tomorrow, as David and I are doing our own sacred celebration of the end of a very long, very rich and intense year filled with both healing darkness and welcome light. This song from Lisa Thiel’s CD, Circle of the Seasons, is one of my very favorites for this time of year. As those of us in the Northern Hemisphere enter Winter Solstice, may we each find that deep peace in the center of it all, the space from which starry dreams are born. Merry Yule and Blessed Be!

Happy Beltane!

This song needs to go up again, because it’s perfect for Beltane in the Northern Hemisphere:

It’s an extra special Beltane here in Goshen, as friends of ours just welcomed their highly faery-connected baby girl on this Beltane Eve when faeries traditionally change residence. Birth on Beltane Eve: as I predicted earlier this week, this one knows exactly how to make her entrance from one realm to the next! Yay, yay and more yay!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lisa Thiel ~ Faery Song

I’ve had this song in my head and have actually been dancing around the house and shaking a wooden fish rattle to it. While winter continues its grey ways, at least we can imagine the green of May. 🙂

On a side note, Lisa Thiel’s “Invocation of the Graces” truly is lovely from first song to last.

Lisa Thiel ~ Song to Brighid

Lisa Thiel’s voice is always so lovely, especially combined with such exquisite artwork. Happy Brigid’s Day, Imbolc, and Candlemas! May you be cleansed, healed and renewed.

Note: this song is from Lisa Thiel’s CD, “Invocation of the the Graces,” which is pure love, healing and inspiration. Highly recommended. 🙂
