DL Zeta — Activating Timelines of Oneness and Inner Unity –28 July 2012

Thanks to Lucas for bringing this one to my attention! Below you’ll find a straightforward article by DL Zeta detailing steps you can take to activate positive timelines in your life right now. As within, so without. I’ve been prepping all week for the Atlantis, Avalon and 2012 workshop I’m teaching tomorrow, so this post dovetails nicely with pondering Golden Age societies. Shirley Andrews calls this concept, “Studying the past to survive the future.” I call it, “All time is now. How do we access the most positive timelines and realities available?” In any case, DL Zeta provides a nice list of suggestions:

DL Zeta – Activating Timelines Of Oneness And Inner Unity – 28 July 2012

As old ways of being fade from your rearview mirror, you’re able to bring your full focus and attention to new visions and inspirations that stretch before you. This year marks the ultimate new beginning as the song rises within many to unite in a vision of oneness for the future. This vision allows us to become one with our higher self and move forward as a whole, unified being. When we become one within ourselves, we are able to unite with others in unity, harmony and oneness.

In this new time the energies of high-vibrational timelines are more accessible than at any other location in human consciousness. All we need do is perceive with our imagination new timelines of inner unity and oneness stretching before us in all directions and set our intention to align with these. By entering a relaxed, meditative state, we are able to sense the frequencies of these timelines entering our energy field. These frequencies have the ability to raise our vibration to allow stronger communion with our higher self. Over time this communion allows us to become telepathic to our higher self.

We offer here additional steps to activate timelines of inner unity and oneness:

One) Create inner harmony. Bring to awareness any aspects of yourself that are at odds. Ask these aspects to join together to support you and your new goals and vision. By entering the highest vibration you can access, you’re able to create a space where inner unification can take place. Meditating beforehand and chanting OM are two ways to help create this space, as does listening to music encoded with notes that simulate high-vibrational states.

Two) Make a list of everything you’re grateful for. Look at everything and everyone in your life from a place of gratitude – even those people and situations you feel have caused you the greatest pain. Every avenue of forgiveness is an opportunity to become a greater facilitator for harmony and oneness on the planet.

Three) Meditate on love, releasing all past definitions of love. Unconditional love is the purest vibration in the universe. Find within yourself the pure vibrational essence of love that is beyond all words and definition.

Four) Observe the symbols around you within every moment. As we learn the universal language of symbols we’re able to better commune with our soul and receive its messages. Dreamwork is one way to become attuned to the language of your soul. Journaling and automatic writing can also be helpful tools in learning to decode the symbols of both your sleeping and waking dreams.

Five) Ask questions of your higher self and trust that answers will flow into your consciousness as they are needed. When we release the need to micromanage the events of our lives, we enter a natural flow where everything happens easily and effortlessly.

Six) Spend time taking 15-minute sun baths, allowing the sun’s essence to enter your physical system. Take walks in nature to free yourself of any energies of divisiveness or separation. Spending time near water allows you to more easily align with universal flow.

Seven) Pay attention to your emotional landscape and the people and events that trigger challenging emotions. These triggers offer insight into the nature of your sacred wound and steps you can take to heal it. Once we heal and release our sacred wound, we are able to clear away anything that stands between ourselves and direct telepathic communion with our higher self.

Eight) Remember to eat light – taking in significant amounts of raw food, green juices and high PH water that helps alkalinize your physical system and allows you to become a stronger receiving station.

Nine) Write a spiritual autobiography detailing the blessings and gifts of the most memorable events of your life – including the events that seemed traumatic or difficult at the time.

Ten) Make time for creative play and developing your imagination. Creativity is the doorway through which all new ideas, visions, innovations and works of art arrive in the world.

These are just a few steps we can take in this new time to leave behind old ways of separation and disharmony. As we take these steps, it becomes easier to open to allow a new way founded in oneness with all-that-is and inner unity.

Become the Higher Self for Aspects not yet Aligned with the New Time

There may be parts of ourselves not yet on board with these changes. These parts will want to hold back from living at this level. Become the higher self for these selves, nurturing and loving them and bringing them to a new level of understanding. As you mentor and love these selves, they are empowered to support you in your vision of oneness and inner harmony.

If you focus dislike and judgment on these aspects within your being, (or upon what you do not like out in the world), you will only create more dissension and disharmony within you and around you. Become a force for love and harmony in the universe by loving all that comes before you. In this way, your energy creates a field around you that others can access and utilize to raise their own frequency to the level of harmony and oneness. This is the intent and purpose of the new time on planet Earth.

Happy Sovereignty Day

Happy Sovereignty Day!

May it be so.

On this July 4, 2012, we find ourselves at an interesting juncture in our world and particularly in America where a new study at Homeland “Security,” concludes that if you are “suspicious of centralized federal authority,” and are “reverent of individual liberty,” then you are an “extreme right-wing” terrorist. Thank goddess for reincarnation, or the Founding Fathers of our country would be turning over in their graves to lock and load.

We don’t need a bloody revolution, though. We already have too many wars to count inside ourselves and across our world. What we need is a LOVEolution — another step around that (r)evolutionary spiral. Yes, some things look eerily similar to 1776, but we’ve been there, done that. We live in a world and on a planet deeply in need of healing, love and self-respect. “The kingdom of heaven is within you,” “and the truth shall set you free.”

As fireworks celebrate American “Independence,” I thought I’d share some words from Susun Weed’s “Wise Woman Herbal Series.” I only recently discovered her work, and it resonates with me big time. All of her books are incredible, but I think “Healing Wise” is my favorite. This passage comes from pages 26-27 of Healing Wise. Please take a moment to consider how these words apply to your own life, to your country, as well as to our larger world:

“Unconditional love that nourishes the inner being does not tolerate abuse, ugliness, lies. Unconditional self-love brings self-respect and demands it of others. Unconditional self-love knows that it is unloving, of anyone, self or other, to allow abuse to continue, no matter their age or circumstances. Loving ourselves unconditionally strengthens our power to say ‘no’ when our heart knows that beauty and truth are not present.

“The wise woman understands that, for most of us, saying ‘no’ is hard to do. We’re afraid that if we say ‘no,’ we won’t get enough love. Or worse yet, we won’t be allowed to give our love away, and we need to give our love away so we can expect to get love from others. The wise woman understands that we expect love to come from outside, not inside. She knows that this expectation, this assumption, this hope — that love comes from outside — prevents us from speaking our truth when our heart demands that we say ‘no.’

“Loving ourselves, generating love from inside, not trying to get it from outside, that is the Wise Woman way, a way that allows ‘no’ to reveal its loving nature.

“Become aware of how often you do the expected thing, the good thing, the right thing, says the Wise Woman helper, and acknowledge the part of yourself that is a liar, that is afraid to say, ‘no.’

“Truth and unconditional love support each other. To love yourself unconditionally, you must tell yourself the truth. You cannot hear your own truth if you are lying to others. Begin to tell the truth in the smallest thing. This brings you wholeness. Tell the truth often and you will be filled with beauty. You will have health. You will walk the beauty way of health/wholeness/holiness. Your truth will bless all you encounter. You will be blessed. Do not be afraid to reveal your own uniqueness, for that is part of your blessing.”

May it be so.

Active Hope

Last evening, David and I attended a lecture by author, translator and activist Joanna Macy regarding her most recent book called “Active Hope: How to Face the Mess We’re in without Going Crazy.” Co-authored with Chris Johnstone, this book takes an unflinching look at what Joanna describes as three streams: 1) the increasing fascism and control/destruction of individual rights and our environment; 2) “The Great Unraveling,” as these structures begin to suffocate under their own weight and insider exposures; and 3) “The Great Turning,” also called the Awakening, the new environmentalism, the Golden Age, and many other things.

Joanna’s talk discussed three aspects of activism, corresponding to these streams: 1) political/structural attempts to ” “slow down” the devastation, using the system to improve the system; 2) development of creative new ways to solve problems, such as the many eco-friendly and community-based start-up endeavors; and 3) a return to Old Wisdom and complete reconnection with Mother Earth — a recognition of our own hands as full of stardust and full of Earth.

Here’s the description we received from the Madison Area Permaculture Guild:

“Joanna Macy, world renowned deep ecologist and eco-spirituality elder, will be in Madison and present a public talk at First Unitarian Society. For decades, the octogenarian Macy has been spreading the word of the needed Great Turning from an Industrial Growth Society to a Life Sustaining Society. She teaches practices to help bring this about, starting with spiritual awakening. This is her first time speaking in Madison and an amazing opportunity.

http://www.activehope.info/index.html

“Active Hope is about finding, and offering, our best response to the crisis of sustainability unfolding in our world. It offers tools that help us face the mess we’re in, as well as find and play our role in the collective transition, or Great Turning, to a life-sustaining society.

“’Books about social and ecological change
too often leave out a vital component:
how do we change ourselves
so that we are strong enough
to fully contribute to this great shift?
Active Hope fills this gap beautifully,
guiding readers on a journey of gratitude, grief,
interconnection and, ultimately, transformation.’
~Naomi Klein, author of The Shock Doctrine.

“At the heart of this book is the idea that Active Hope is something we do rather than have. It involves being clear what we hope for and then playing our role in the process of bringing that about. The journey of finding, and offering, our unique contribution to the Great Turning helps us to discover new strengths, open to a wider network of allies and experience a deepening of our aliveness. When our responses are guided by the intention to act for healing of our world, the mess we’re in not only becomes easier to face, our lives also become more meaningful and satisfying.”

Amazon’s description of Active Hope follows:

“The challenges we face can be difficult even to think about. Climate change, the depletion of oil, economic upheaval, and mass extinction together create a planetary emergency of overwhelming proportions. Active Hope shows us how to strengthen our capacity to face this crisis so that we can respond with unexpected resilience and creative power. Drawing on decades of teaching an empowerment approach known as the Work That Reconnects, the authors guide us through a transformational process informed by mythic journeys, modern psychology, spirituality, and holistic science. This process equips us with tools to face the mess we’re in and play our role in the collective transition, or Great Turning, to a life-sustaining society.”

We found ourselves recognizing a kindred spirit in Joanna, as she expressed so many of the ideas that David and I regularly discuss. In particular, she assessed that political and community activism and new projects cannot by themselves overcome the challenges presented to humanity right now. They can slow things down and sprout new ideas, but those new ideas will wither without good soil and an internal shift that changes the way we view our world. As within, so without. As a Buddhist, Joanna discussed how her faith has helped her to engage challenges, and she giggled at the irony of a Buddhist writing a book about “hope.” The concept of Active Hope as something one does, rather than just a passive wishing or attachment to results, brought a sense of groundedness, mindfulness and empowerment to her activism. She shared the idea that Active Hope occurs moment by moment as we choose which kind of world we wish to engage and nurture into being.

She also reminded us that we can never know our own ripple effect in the Universe. We can never truly know how those moment by moment decisions affect another person, animal, being or the entire, integrated collective. But we can know what feels better moment by moment, and we can continue to choose the world we envision and love. Joanna gave a call to Visionaries to hold the vision and to transform ourselves from within so that we’re ready to manifest that vision. We loved her talk, as did the packed sanctuary at the First Unitarian Society, also known as Frank Lloyd Wright’s home congregation.

We also loved the fact that she’s in her 80’s and continuing to travel around the world and inspire local projects. She acknowledged how Madison has sparked imaginations and hearts around the world, modeling peaceful, high vibe activism. She reminded us not to give up. Just because people experience a setback or a discouraging moment, doesn’t mean to throw in the towel. She exhorted those in attendance to keep going, keep shining, and keep bringing in the world we wish to create: “the world is watching Madison.”

Another highlight of the evening was Joanna’s reciting of some Rainer Maria Rilke poetry she had translated from the original German:

I live my life in widening circles
that reach out across the world.
I may not complete this last one
but I give myself to it.

I circle around God, around the primordial tower.
I’ve been circling for thousands of years
and I still don’t know: am I a falcon,
a storm, or a great song?

~ Ranier Maria Rilke ~

(Rilke’s Book of Hours:Love Poems to God, translated by Anita Barrows and Joanna Macy)

She finds poetry speaks to our times much more than prose and also recited a poem by Milwaukee resident Susa Silvermarie:

A Thousand Years of Healing

From whence my hope, I cannot say,
except it grows in the cells of my skin,
in my envelope of mysteries it hums.
In this sheath so akin to the surface of the earth
it whispers. Beneath
the wail and dissonance in the world,
hope’s song grows. Until I know
that with this turning
we put a broken age to rest.
We who are alive at such a cusp
now usher in
one thousand years of healing!

Winged ones and four-leggeds,
grasses and mountains and each tree,
all the swimming creatures,
even we, wary two-leggeds
hum, and call, and create
the Changing Song. We remake
all our relations. We convert
our minds to the earth. In this turning time
we finally learn to chime and blend,
attune our voices; sing the vision
of the Great Magic we move within.
We begin
the new habit, getting up glad
for a thousand years of healing.

– Susa Silvermarie

I will leave you with a video: Active Hope Show 1 – The Shambhala Warrior Prophecy

Joanna Macy tells the Shambhala Warrior Prophecy, twelve centuries old and from the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. Introduced by Chris Johnstone, this is the first episode of The Active Hope Show, which explores insights and practices that help bring out our best responses to the planetary emergency we face.

Aho!

More Awakening and Empowerment

For those of you who missed my History is Being Made post, or who prefer reading to listening, David Wilcock recently released a transcript of his interview with Pentagon insider “Drake.” In addition to the interview itself, David includes even more insider information about periods of near-military-coups in recent history. He describes the Watergate scandal as running far deeper than most of the civilian population ever realized, with striking parallels to 9/11 and today.

Over 1.3 million people tuned in to hear Drake’s followup interview on Freedom Reigns. The saying goes, “Where two or more are gathered, there am I among them,” highlighting the intensified power of collective focus. In this case, we’ve got over a million people focusing on an End to Financial Tyranny, Divine Intervention, and an age of greater ease and freedom than this planet has known for many aeons. As a Lightworker in 2012, I feel it’s important for people to contribute in whatever ways they can to raise the vibration of this planet. We face some incredible challenges, but we also stand to inherit generations worth of hopes, dreams and intentions for freedom. Understanding the stakes helps us more clearly to visualize solutions and to find our own part in the whole. How can we each support the unfolding of our most preferred scenario?

I believe the original interview and the global interest it sparked contain valuable keys for freeing ourselves; however, not everyone will resonate with what Drake and David share. And that’s OK, too. If you find all of these “conspiracy facts” new, confusing, and overwhelming, you might want to take a step back and view “Thrive: What on Earth Will it Take?” This movie explains how our world got to where we are now, but it ends with phenomenal hope and practical solutions. If you already know what’s been happening and want to focus only on positive, proactive vibrations, that’s wonderful, too. As Abraham-Hicks says, “One person connected to Source is more powerful than one million who are not.”

It matters less what or how you participate in your life and your reality than that you do actively participate in your life and reality. A non-vote = a vote for a pretty crappy default reality, which will continue to shift according to those people actively molding it for you. “Create your own reality, or someone else will.” In order to create your own reality, you don’t need to know every detail of how your governments, banks, pharmaceutical companies, medical profession and religions have betrayed your confidence. Sometimes that information helps you to form stronger desires that align more clearly with what you truly want. But such knowledge isn’t required.

In order to exert positive, creative influence on your world you simply need to show up, dream big, and get out of your own way. Allow yourself to receive the wondrous things you’d most love to experience. For some people that will feel very personal; for others, it will feel global or even cosmic. Anyone interested in living in a freer, more peaceful, awakened society might want to consider the Drake-Wilcock interview as a fabulous launching pad.

And for those of you who prefer non-participatory participation, here’s a meditation for your personal power center, Manipura. A balanced Collective Solar Plexus = transcendence of the entire victim-abuser-savior cycle. As within, so without. Peace in, peace out!

Peace!

Morning Blessings from Reverend Angela

Another uplifting and inspiring message from Reverend Angela: so many sparkly gems in this one, I just had to share!

This week, see with new eyes and listen with new ears in order to hear the truth of something important that you have been missing about who you’ve been willing to be. Trust your world to teach you something surprising about yourself.

Each one of you believes externally for others. When you look at another, you believe that they can succeed. You believe they have the ability to heal. You believe they can grow younger or older, thinner or bigger, richer or poorer. You believe externally for them. This belief you have about each other does influence the outcome of one another’s world, sculpture and creation to a small degree. As a planet, what we believe about our world, our state, our government, our laws, and our people as a mass awareness has an affect on the world’s consciousness.

Each day you entertain a new thought about a new direction in your life, something new that you would like to try on and see if it fits yourself. You open options and opportunities that were not available until you took an action on that thought. That action could be applying for a new job, a loan for a new home, looking for a new love, etc.

Each action that you take and each thought that precedes that action then ushers you into a connection point of probabilities and outcome that were not available before. So even though there are many aspects of you that are designed as highways and byways of the Self that you will travel, ultimately the outcomes and the probable selves that you enter into are destined not pre-destined by your choices.

Say for example that you had a dream and in this dream, you were a great artist. But in your real world, you can only draw stick people. So you say to yourself, I should take a class to learn how to become artistic. I feel that I have that ability, but I do not see it in my life. As you take the class, you find that new abilities surface that were dormant from past lives, from other dimensional selves, from other probable selves. And thus, your artistic abilities surface. It would not have surfaced if you had not acted upon a thought. To procreate the future, to re-create in the future you must act upon the thoughts that come to you in your relaxed subtle average thinking. Take an action any action. That action could just be looking up things in your phone book to see if such a course is available and maybe next week you may call and maybe the week after that you might visit there or even visit via the internet. Just by taking a few baby steps forward into any of these thoughts, you change. You change who you are. You change your abilities and you draw to you new understandings and new vibrations and new light energies that will escort you in to these hidden aspects of self.

You have within you, every ability that is experienced by every person on earth. You have the ability to be a great cook, great lover, great financial advisor, great spiritual advisor, great healer, great doctor, great artist, and great lawyer. Anything that anyone on this planet can do, you have that innate cell structure within your biological body to do the same. You may not have the drive to do it, but you have the ability of being able to pro-create from that cell, from that thought, from that creational vortex. And thus, you each contain unlimited potential. That is universal law! And there are no by-laws on that!

Shake y’r tail feathas’…

BLESSING:

There is only One Perfect Presence, the infinite source of life. It is the
source of all Light, all Life, all Creativity, and all Truth. And this Perfect
Presence is my source. It is always at work in me. It can never be hidden!

I know that my life is pure Spirit, taking form as all that I am…my body,
my personality, the conditions I experience. And whatever masks those
elements wear, the truth is that I am the wholeness of Spirit. I choose this
day to see behind the masks that I wear, and see the glorious beauty within.

With a heart opened wide to deep compassion and understanding of Self
I refuse to be frightened by what might be hard to achieve. I choose to know
that the power of Spirit is greater than all conditions. I know that the truth of
what I desire is greater than appearances. I know that Principle is greater than
personality.

Knowing this, all masks are removed, and the only thing left to
see is the Infinite love of Spirit, in all its forms. Thank God for this
wonderful experience! I let this be so, and give thanks for it continually.

And so it is.

As Within, So Without: Carl Jung and Occupy

I have written on this theme before, but I thought I’d include some Carl Jung discussions of the Shadow and why it matters to our world. Awareness of this concept is a primary motivation for my November Special, Shadow Work Tarot to Heal Karmic Ties. I have found my own work so valuable that I decided to offer this process to others. Please note: I am changing the deadline for this special from November 22 to November 30th, in order to reach more people.

Exactly what kinds of personal work have I been doing? In response to the Occupy Movement and increased censorship and police brutality, I have asked, “How are these events even in my reality? What unhealed parts of me have projected this stuff onto the outer screen?” I’ve been working on my own, inner terrorist. My own, inner LBPD (Laura Bruno Police Department). In what ways do I try to censor or oppress those inner parts of me? In what ways do I pepper spray my shadow for voicing its desires? Where do I beat myself with criticism batons? In what ways do I find it acceptable to push myself so hard that my 1% threatens to take over my entire soul? What are the demands of MY 99%?

As within, so without. “Whatever is not conscious will be experienced as fate.” ~Carl Jung

And now, some additional Jung for your consideration:

“If you imagine someone who is brave enough to withdraw all his projections, then you get an individual who is conscious of a pretty thick shadow. Such a man has saddled himself with new problems and conflicts. He has become a serious problem to himself, as he is now unable to say that they do this or that, they are wrong, and they must be fought against. He lives in the ‘House of the Gathering.’ Such a man knows that whatever is wrong in the world is in himself, and if he only learns to deal with his own shadow he has done something real for the world. He has succeeded in shouldering at least an infinitesimal part of the gigantic, unsolved social problems of our day.” ~Carl Jung

“Taking it in its deepest sense, the shadow is the invisible saurian tail that man still drags behind him. Carefully amputated, it becomes the healing serpent of the mysteries. Only monkeys parade with it.” ~Carl Jung

“When we must deal with problems, we instinctively resist trying the way that leads through obscurity and darkness. We wish to hear only of unequivocal results, and completely forget that these results can only be brought about when we have ventured into and emerged again from the darkness. But to penetrate the darkness we must summon all the powers of enlightenment that consciousness can offer.” ~Carl Jung

“Projections change the world into the replica of one’s own unknown face.” ~Carl Jung

“No, the demons are not banished; that is a difficult task that still lies ahead. Now that the angel of history has abandoned the Germans,* the demons will seek a new victim. And that won’t be difficult. Every man who loses his shadow, every nation that falls into self-righteousness, is their prey…. We should not forget that exactly the same fatal tendency to collectivization is present in the victorious nations as in the Germans, that they can just as suddenly become a victim of the demonic powers.” ~Carl Jung (in a particularly accurate warning about our own times and the fascist Shadow Government(s) pulling the strings)

“The ‘other’ may be just as one-sided in one way as the ego is in another. And yet the conflict between them may give rise to truth and meaning-but only if the ego is willing to grant the other its rightful personality.” ~Carl Jung

“To confront a person with his shadow is to show him his own light. Once one has experienced a few times what it is like to stand judgingly between the opposites, one begins to understand what is meant by the self. Anyone who perceives his shadow and his light simultaneously sees himself from two sides and thus gets in the middle.” ~Carl Jung

I selected these quotes because they seem most obviously related to the current state of our world. It almost feels like Godzilla himself has arisen in an insatiable gobbling of human rights. In the midst of such darkness and self-imposed terror, I also see evidence of much Light. The projected Shadow has made so many more people aware of the Law of Attraction, the possibility (and responsibility) of Self-Sovereignty, the value of real, non-GMO foods, and the potential, nay, the inevitability of human evolution or extinction. I leave you with a William Edwards Deming quote: “It is not necessary to change. Survival is not mandatory.” We have the freedom to choose and the tools and power to create. What do you choose? What kind of change will you be?

Occupy Yourself

I posted this on Facebook a few days ago, but I think it’s a great reminder and very much in line with thoughts I’ve shared in earlier blog posts. Here’s Paige Bartholomew talking about the inner awakening that expands outwards to create a new reality. “As above, so below. As within, so without.” Enjoy!
