Summer Solstice, Astrology and Earth Changes

Happy Summer Solstice to everyone in the Northern Hemisphere! (And Happy Winter Solstice to my readers in the Southern Hemisphere!) May the light of clarity continue to dawn and shine, both inside and outside ourselves. I’ve noticed clarity as a major theme in recent sessions, so I thought I’d make a special post about some upcoming space alignments, along with an update on Uranus in Taurus.

Even if you don’t believe in astrology, the following video shares physical Earth effects of a very rare planetary alignment we’ll experience from July 19th-early September. The lead-up has begun, with all the gas giants already on one side of the Sun. As the creator of this video documents, “June 20, 2018: Over the past 125 years the earth has only been in this cosmic planetary position 6 times, during each of those six times some historic events occurred on the planet with regard to volcanic eruptions and earthquakes. https://www.mrmbb333.com

I include the video not to generate fear but as background to the individual and collective astrological effects/observations I note below the video. As Above, So Below. As Within, So Without. Everything connects. Whether or not we recognize those connections, they still affect us:

On May 9, 2018, I posted “Uranus in Taurus: What I’m Noticing So Far,” because sessions indicated people already feeling the effects of Uranus shifting from Aries to Taurus on May 15th. Things continue to heat up on the collective level and especially for anyone whose natal chart receives exact aspects with Uranus in early Taurus. You are much more than your Sun sign, so even non-Taureans can experience huge lightning (aka “lightening”) strikes from the rebel liberator, cosmic weirdo Uranus. Continue reading

More comments that really need their own post … in response to Paradox, Illusions and Unconditional Love:

Good read, thank you. Not sure about having to do our inner work before taking action though. I think the two could go hand-in-hand. Combining action in the ‘real’ world with our personal inner clean up might just create some kind of synergistic boost inceasing effectiveness of both endeavors simultaneously. Indeed, as within, so without.

Thanks to everyone who commented, and Mary, I agree. There’s no time to waste!

Thanks Mary and Laura you are right about the time being no, if I gave the impression that one must do all personal work prior to participating, I didn’t mean to. My intention was that it needed to be done hand in hand. I don’t see how one can not be accomplished without the other. Hope that’s clearer.

correction…time being NOW.

🙂 Thanks for clarifying, Dawn! One of the greatest challenges I see all the time during intuitive sessions with individuals and also playing out on the larger world stage is this idea that we need to be perfectly healed ourselves before we can “presume” to offer any kind of healing to the world. Individuals who have various ailments but have wisdom to share shut themselves down, waiting until those symptoms disappear before they are willing to start living their truth or extending a helping hand to others. What many people don’t understand is that if your life path includes being a healer (and for many, many, many of us that’s true), then you will not ever experience full healing UNTIL you START offering whatever kind of healing you can right now, from where you are.

Law of Attraction and resonance can help to ensure that only those people you can help will cross your path or that you will know the resources to send someone else to in the event that you feel you have nothing to offer them. Many of us through networking can act as clearing houses for healing … but to wait … to assume that none of this would exist w/o our own un-healed parts and then paralyze actions that in and of themselves help to initiate our own and the worlds’ healing? Well, that’s why we’re in such a pickle on this planet! It’s a Catch 22, and it doesn’t need to be.

Sometimes we may fall short of an imaginary ideal or some kind of platitude of everything being nice and neat and clean, but sometimes a little grit and dirt are what get the job done. Sometimes it’s our flaws that allow the opening for conversation and the opportunities for healing. While I very much agree with many of the ideas of Unity and Oneness, I also recognize a sneaky way that those concepts can foster a “spiritual bypass” and allow otherwise caring, capable, loving individuals to bury their heads and become so P.C. that they won’t shout out “Hey, that person’s committing mass murder” or intervene if they see someone about to kill a child. In those instances, the appropriate response is not JUST meditation and a silent OM. Those things can help, but the appropriate response when you recognize repeated attempts at mass murder, kidnapping, genocide, etc. also includes, in my opinion, doing some major soul searching and gift searching so that you can responsibly find what you can do about it.

As conscious beings, we are not meant to play three monkeys in the face of evil, just because another 3 dimensions up, these people are all playing a cosmic game. On THIS level of the playing field, we need to find that balance of compassion, as well as dealing enough with our own Shadow so that we are not too terrified to use whatever tools and power we have at our disposal to help shift the energies. Jon Rappoport wrote a good article recently on the dance between Love and Power: http://jonrappoport.wordpress.com/2013/11/29/exiting-the-matrix-is-exploring-love-and-power/

Ahhh, and here we have another comment that really ought to be its own blog post. Oh, well. 🙂

Thanks for commenting. This is one of those topics that really concerns me as I see otherwise kind, generous, loving people completely uninspired to do anything other than meditate or post a link on Facebook. These are both valid things … but a multidimensional world requires more than one or two approaches. At least … in my opinion. But then again, I communicate with the unseens and the animals, too. It’s not ALL about the humans, although humanity’s actions (or complete non-actions) and consequences spill over into other realms.

Powerful Integration and Healing

Thanks, Lin!

I speak and write a lot about what I call “Integration Lifetimes,” and this is the most powerful meditation I have ever encountered for radical reintegration. I’ve personally got some major astrological aspects happening right now, in addition to the New Moon in Aries, the M-6 class Solar Flare and my grandmother’s transition yesterday … but wow … this was potent. I burst into tears with the first sentence and can still feel my heart cracking open even more than it already was.

If you’re the type of person who gets goosebumps as confirmation of something’s truth, you might get full body sobs on this one. Fair warning not to try this one at the office — but, please, do try it if you feel so led.

“Emotional Blindness” and the Sociopath

Today I’m sharing a blog post from LoveFraud.com, called “‘Emotional Blindness’ and the Sociopath.” I understand that some people are reeling from certain personal and/or political events right now, so I thought I’d point to an “As Within, So Without” kind of resource. In the past, I’ve also posted on healing from betrayal by narcissists. Since the charm and focus of sociopaths and narcissists tend to skyrocket them into positions of political, economic and religious power, learning to recognize some of the “why’s” and “how’s” that led to our personal (and systemically global) predicaments may help those who are ready to heal themselves and thus our world.

“Emotional Blindness” and the Sociopath

Editor’s note: The following article was submitted by the Lovefraud reader who comments as “Pearl.”

By Pearl

Someone on this blog once mentioned a book by Alice Miller and Andrew Jenkins, and it caught my attention. So now I’m reading The Truth Will Set You Free—Overcoming Emotional Blindness and Finding Your True Adult Self.

Even though I’m only about halfway through the book, I wanted to share parts of it because it is so important to what a lot of us are working on — forgiving ourselves and trying to understand why this (fraud) happened to us. I know this won’t apply or appeal to everyone, but it might help some of you as it has me. Miller’s ideas help me understand why I was susceptible and forgive myself for my blindness — my inability to spot a “bad guy.”

Miller focuses on childhood — on how corporal punishment (spanking/whipping) and humiliation — cause a type of blindness in adulthood that can lead to being manipulated and UNABLE TO SEE THROUGH LIES. She emphasizes that the kind of parenting and education aimed at breaking a child’s will and making that child into an obedient subject by means of overt or covert coercion, manipulation and emotional blackmail leaves long-lasting imprints on the way we think and relate to one another as adults.

Here is the cycle as she sees it:

“Traditional methods of upbringing, which have included corporal punishment, lead a child to DENY suffering and humiliation. (Can anyone related to having a high pain threshold? Where did I get that bruise or cut—I don’t remember getting it? Ever feel humiliated at being spanked, paddled or whipped as a child? Ever experience a parent being insensitive to suffering?)

“This denial, although essential if the child is to SURVIVE, will later cause emotional blindness.

“Emotional blindness produces “barriers in the mind” erected to guard against dangers. This means that early denied traumas become encoded in the brain, and even though they no longer pose a threat, they continue to have a subtle, destructive impact. (The memory of how to respond to such crappy behavior from our parents and authority figures is still there.)

“Barriers in the mind keep us from learning new information, putting it to good use, and shedding old, outdated behaviors.

“Our bodies retain a complete memory of the humiliations we suffered, driving us to inflict unconsciously on the next generation what we endured in childhood, unless we become aware of the cause of our behavior, which is embedded in the history of our own childhoods.”

As children, some of us learned to suppress and deny natural feelings. Some of us lived in a world where our feelings were ignored and denied.

All the beaten child remembers is FEAR and the face of the ANGRY parent, not why the beating was taking place. The child may even assume he had been naughty and deserved the punishment. Miller writes that in the absence of a witness who can empathize with us in childhood and genuinely listen to us, we have no other way of protecting ourselves from the pain but to close our minds to it.

In a bid to blot the fear and pain of our abused younger self, we erase what we know can help us, we can fall prey to the seductiveness of sects and cults, and FAIL TO SEE THROUGH ALL KINDS OF LIES.

Having this information helps me understand why I was “ripe for the picking.” It also goes a long way toward helping me forgive myself and move on in the healing process.

Empaths and Paradise

Just a quick reminder that we’re crossing some bizarre energy ripples right now, which have the power to distort in strange and sometimes scary ways. Whether you call it Mercury Retrograde in dreamy, illusion-inducing Pisces, Archontic influence of off-world beings instigating and surfing negative emotions, or simply empathing some of the intense disaster posturing of our world right now, many people are experiencing flare-ups. Emotions, spiritual issues, identity crises, physical pain that outreaches the actual diagnosis, thoughts that won’t stop recycling: yep. I’m feeling it, and I know so many others are as well, because I’m hearing from you in sessions!

Take a breath.

And another breath.

Release the long exhale.

Now breathe again.

This, too, shall pass. There seems to be some sort of collective die-off happening right now, a global healing crisis in which the human immune system has suddenly realized, “Holy, freakin’ conspiracy FACT, we have been invaded. Our world’s been hijacked by psychopaths, and things seem very dire, indeed.” The good news is: that human immune system has finally started kicking in. I’m saddened that it took the possibility of drone killing American citizens on American soil in order for more than a handful of Americans to care about mass murder, but at least something has triggered an awakening. I’m sorry that it took the possibility of our entire global food supply being completely contaminated, patented and destroyed for people to wake up to the dangers of GMO’s and Codex Alimentarius, and I’m sorry that it took fire coming out of individuals’ faucets in order for people to recognize that fracking is an obscene violence on Mother Earth. But at least more people are now screaming, “No! Not on my watch. Not while I live on this planet. I did not incarnate for this sick version of some psychopath’s master-slave dystopia.”

When an immune system (even a collective one) suddenly realizes that it has been invaded and needs to take action, the initial response can hurt. For those of us empaths, that collective shock and hurt often registers hyper-locally — in our own body, mind, emotions and spirit. I know many, many of my blog readers and clients are empaths. If you’ve ever “felt” someone else’s emotions or physical pain, you at the very least have empathic tendencies. Most people do, to varying degrees. Empathy is actually a normal part of the human condition, since we’re all interconnected by an invisible Web of Life. In fact, a complete lack of empathy is one of the definitions of a psychopath, so empathy is not something to avoid or reject. It is something incredibly human and beautiful. We just need to maintain our own balance in the midst of the intense, rapid and sometimes panicked awakenings around us.

Maintaining balance in the midst of others’ chaos presents challenges, but here’s some more good news to make it worth our while:

1) Empathy resonates with the principles “As Above, So Below,” and “As Within, So Without.” If we find ourselves so overwhelmed by external conditions that our body, mind, emotions and spirit actually begin to suffer and imitate the large outer on the small inner scale, then guess what? We can reverse that trend, too. We can treat ourselves in tangible small ways with the intention of our inner healing radiating outwards to effect change on the macro level.

2) We can remind ourselves first and foremost that any and all symptoms have some connection to outer events. Just asking the question, “Is this mine?” helps us to release the energy of fear that often keeps symptoms around much longer than a quick pass-through.

3) We can also use this period of potent energetic interconnections as a way to expand how we view our world and our place in it. Sometimes feeling like one isolated individual in a sea of chaos feels overwhelming, but if we remember our connection to everyone else and recall that the vast majority of humanity wants peace, prosperity, a healthy planet, good health, loving neighbors, and the chance to shine, then we help to bolster that energy. We strengthen ourselves when we remember how interwoven our lives really are.

Empathing others’ symptoms can feel scary and frustrating. Believe me, I know! Even knowing this I realize that I can do a much better job clearing my own energy after sessions or after dealing with sick or frightened people I encounter socially. But the flip side of empathing others’ conditions is a keen awareness of just how much influence we each have over our environment. It’s not just negativity that leaks through; positivity does, too. Inspiration is contagious. So is enthusiasm. So are ideas. Victor Hugo said, “There is nothing more powerful than an idea whose time has come.”

The time has come for many powerful ideas: liberty; sovereignty over body, mind, emotions, spirit, food and medicine; recognition of our planet as a living, breathing being; understanding ourselves as “uniquely you, divinely one”; recognizing Natural Law; a return to balance of all things; knowing that we have the power to imagine, demand and implement an entire reality that honors and respects ourselves and Nature. If symptoms can bleed through, so can solutions. This might feel like a time to hunker down in the faery bunker, but now is also the time to let ourselves shine so brightly that the rest of the decayed and crumbling, ugly, old paradigm fades out of existence, ushering in the new. I pray we use our powers of empathy to build bridges into Paradise, then cross those bridges until they become such well-worn paths that anyone who chooses can easily find the way.

Lightworkers and Abundance

Health, wealth, love — on the personal level, for humanity, for our planet: certain themes have recurred throughout the past eleven-and-a-half years of sessions.

When we hear the term “Abundance” we often think of “money,” but the desire for Abundance really covers much more than dollars or euros. We live in such an interconnected world with so many macro- issues that we can easily become overwhelmed or discouraged, even though shifting our own internal and micro- reality offers the biggest chance of positively affecting the whole.

Whenever we allow ourselves to receive improved health, greater prosperity, and experience more love, we enact a sort of sympathetic magic. Our body, mind, spirit and soul become a mini-world, and each instance of greater Abundance enlivens the collective consciousness. We may not as individuals feel powerful enough to return our government to its core principles, change our sickcare system to one that promotes wellness, or shift our society to one that values love, integrity and cooperation; however, when we reclaim sovereignty over our bodies and our reality creation, and when we practice love, soul integration and community involvement, we become the vehicles for those energies to expand in our world.

Today I just wanted to remind everyone that by refocusing, remembering and reigniting our attention and intentions, we can truly change not just ourselves, but also our entire world. We can do so with Love, and forgiving ourselves for what we have not yet done often allows just the internal shift we need in order to get started where we are.

As Gurumukh says, “You must start wherever you are, because if you don’t start somewhere, you’ll be nowhere.”

In an article called, “When the Fight for the Environment Feels Hopeless,” Jared Michaels reminds us: “If we engage with life knowing that we are the dynamic, ever-changing universe itself, we will find tremendous agency.”

In the Unity book, “Both Riches and Honor,” Annie Rix Militz shares this wonderful observation, which can apply to worldly riches but also to all the showers of “unfair” blessings that good, caring people often struggle to welcome into their lives:

“Worldly riches have been feared, despised, condemned, and even hated by spiritual aspirants, because of ignorance of how to be in them and yet not of them, how to possess them and not be possessed by them. Doubtless this attitude of repudiating and ignoring wealth is less deceiving than the other error; greed and the worship of money and the fear of losing riches. But the really wise avoid both attitudes through knowing worldly wealth to be but a reflection of the real, spiritual riches that must be sought first, last and always. Having found the riches of heaven, you cannot escape the riches of earth unless you purposely repudiate them.”

Having found the riches of heaven, you cannot escape the riches of earth unless you purposely repudiate them. For some reason that line just jumped off the page at me. We live in a world in which so many Lightworkers, healers, and generally kind and loving folks are so concerned about becoming possessed by our positive manifestations that we reject them before they arrive. Each of us does this to varying degrees in different areas of life, depending on our own individual programming, issues, experiences or past life bleed-through. If we can each — today — budge our needle of acceptance just a little to the right, the outpouring of Grace on our planet would be incredible! And after today comes another today, and another after that.

Forced Power

Thanks to Gillian for bringing this important message from Jamye Price to my attention. Regular blog readers know I’m a huge fan of “power to, not power over.”

Jamye Price ~ Forced Power

August 2012 Newsletter | August 2 2012

We are in a phase of release, letting go. It takes a master’s careful observation, patience and courage to assess with honesty. You are responsible for the Self only, and yet part of that responsibility entails the collective, as the Self can not be fully extricated from All Life. We eat it, breathe it, imbibe it and share what we have processed within. The circle continues. When you interact with yourself, you are still emitting vibrational information into the Field of Life. When you interact with another, it seems more impactful because we have something solid in front of us, yet Lightwarriors know better. Creation begins within, in the malleable and responsive subtle waves seeking particle form. It is here, within, that control has its benefit; though that control is merely focus, and that focus is Love.

Forced Power, or control, has been the norm for millennia. If we control the actions of another, we have a sense of power. If we control the emotions of another, we have a sense of peace. If we control the environment so that temptation is abated, we have a sense of piety. With Forced Power, we are actually avoiding the real empowerment, which is a focused perspective of Love within – when all experience is at the very least tolerable, but ideally exciting new balance. When you control the circumstances outside of yourself, you are not exercising your inner muscles, therefore, you have less capability to withstand the challenges. A Lightworker’s job is to shine Light where it is most challenging, within the depths of fear, anger or abuse. You do that in many ways, but the most liberating is within, and from that space of enduring bright Love Light, you shine unto others the reflection of their inner core. Freedom and unity are the result.

As we sit to Blast Forced Power, we are releasing the need to control the world and easing into Loving the Self so deeply that Love becomes visible in All around you. We are allowing the world to find its liberating equilibrium from pain by showing the new way of Loving Life so deeply that even a challenge is a mirror of freedom. We are controlling the mind’s focus into the peace that passes all understanding, as Freedom becomes so powerful within that life becomes an exciting adventure. Blast on!
