Synchronicity, Inner Guidance and Ascension Packages

Regular readers of my blog know that I’m a huge fan of synchronicity and “reading” signs. With a Masters Degree in English, I’ve simply expanded my definition of “text” to include this entire living, breathing Universe. I thought I’d share some perspectives on synchronicity and how it pertains to inner guidance, seeking and finding, and divination (specifically tarot).

When people first begin to experience synchronicity, the phenomenon may feel a bit overwhelming. Clients often as me if I think they’re “crazy” for noticing signs. Others ask me, “Well?! What does it mean? Does it just happen because I’m looking for it?”

In my opinion and experience, the answer’s a bit more complex. Since attitude helps to create our world, how we feel about synchronous events plays an important role. Do we feel a sinking feeling? Does a series of closed doors fill us with dread when we keep pushing them to open? Or do we sense, “If not this, then something better”? When synchronicity blasts into your awareness, it can easily throw you into the ethers due to a persistent sense of invisible order or interference. If you feel ungrounded or spooked, get back in touch with your body. How does it feel? What messages might you be ignoring, which have now played outwards as external events? As Carl Jung reminds us, “Whatever is not conscious will be experienced as fate.”

Jung defines synchronicity as “meaningful coincidence,” further explaining, “Synchronicity reveals the meaningful connections between the subjective and objective world.” But who provides the meaning? Although I do not believe anything occurs randomly in the Universe, trying to assign meaning to every single event becomes a maddening rabbit hole. I often use a three time’s the charm measure: if something jumps out at me once, I make note of it but don’t necessarily take action; second time really gets my attention; by the third time, I begin to formulate a different direction.

That’s my general, everyday operating principle. In times of extreme prayer and quiet (or sometimes intensely loud) seeking, I pay attention to everything. I almost scan the Universe like I scan a client’s energy — searching for anomalies. I don’t force anomalies to appear. Rather, I soften my observation, blur things a bit, and pay attention to whatever pokes through. In an impressionistic painting, a touch of Salvador Dali or Piet Mondrian would certainly stand out! It’s not that impressionists are better or worse than Dali or Mondrian, just different. Having something obviously ordered, yet differently ordered begs my further attention and exploration. For those who don’t know the art history references, I’ve included a few images:

Repeats of that might very well grab your attention, right? And what about this?

The Persistence of Memory by Salvador Dali

The Dali might seem (ever so slightly) less jarring than the Mondrian image if it inserted itself into the Monet, but I’d imagine the melting clocks over the bridge just might grab your attention! Actually, I love this particular Dali in a discussion of synchronicity, because a hallmark of that subjective “meaning” seems somehow very connected to the compression of time. If the seemingly linked events hadn’t occurred at the exact moment they occurred, we might have simply overlooked them, or allowed them to fade into a background blur. Synchronicity involves anomaly, Divine timing, and a willingness to see beyond what you might normally expect.

I always suggest people pray for eyes to see the signs, wisdom to interpret them, and faith to follow through on them. If you’re going to pray, you might as well go all out! But what happens when you’re just not sure? What happens if you see so many signs, some of which seem to send conflicting messages? Since we live in a vibrational Universe, Abraham-Hicks would say your experience alters as your point of attraction alters. They’ve often used the analogy of taking a trip from Phoenix to San Diego. It’s a straight shot, and if you keep heading towards your intention, you’ll get there. If, however, you become discouraged when you hit Yuma, you might endlessly cycle between Phoenix and Yuma and back to Phoenix, without ever arriving at your intended destination. In this case, your own personal synchronicities might be all over the place, depending on whether you’re heading towards San Diego or back to Phoenix!

Enter some additional wisdom from Carl Jung: “We can predict the future when we know how the present moment has evolved out of the past.” Towards the end of his life, Jung became very interested in divination tools like the I Ching and the Tarot. He regretted that he had too few participants to create a full study, but modern Tarot Readers often draw upon Jungian ideas like Archetypes and Synchronicity as a means of interpreting Tarot spreads. To me, that makes perfect sense, since which cards appear in any given spread simply reflects the vibration of whoever’s receiving the reading. The cards provide a visual, complete with artwork, Archetypes and a potential storyline (via the suit cards).

You can think of your thoughts as seeds or even eggs, which contain all the nutrients for full blown creation. Synchronicities and Tarot can be seen as indicators of how closely your vibration’s aligning with the thoughts you most want to take form. As above, so below! Great manifestors know and live this maxim. If they don’t like the tone of synchronicities, inner monologue or readings, they harness positivity and redirect their thoughts. As the saying goes:

“Watch your thoughts, for they become words.
Watch your words, for they become actions.
Watch your actions, for they become habits.
Watch your habits, for they become character.
Watch your character, for it becomes your destiny.”

This was an older draft of a post I’d shelved for editing, but it felt right to share as-is today. Perhaps someone out there’s been wondering about these topics. In any case, I hope you find the flow of ideas helpful and timely on your journey.

Portals, Evolution, and Instant Manifestation

Today we have another lengthy, but definitely worthwhile, guest blog post by Bill Ballard. He discusses something he calls “the dimensional slide,” which manifests as “doorways” to alternate realities and parallel universes. Those who’ve followed my portal paintings of actual doors know that this has been an interest of mine for quite some time (pun intended). I have shared the idea of choice points and portal openings with clients when appropriate, but I’ve not yet written too much about it. I will say that the way I access past life information has much to do with this web of interconnected realities and options. Bill explicitly discusses sacred lovemaking as a means of opening such portals, but I have found that any strong intention infused with love can manifest such options and gateways.

Perhaps Rumi said it best:

There Is a Way

The intellect says: “The six directions are limits: there is no way out.”
Love says: “There is a way. I have traveled it thousands of times.”
The intellect saw a market and started to haggle;
Love saw thousands of markets beyond that market.

Although these ideas may at first sound far fetched, I encourage people to read scientific works by people like Lynne McTaggart, who explores the interconnectedness of all things, as well as the ways our thoughts and feelings influence our external reality. She reports on actual controlled scientific studies in her books, “The Intention Experiment” and “The Field.” David Wilcock has also published a book documenting the science of reality co-creation called “The Source Field Investigations.” Some mystics, hypnotherapists, intuitives, meditators, and shamans have long known about such portals and choice points, but science is finally starting to catch up. You might also enjoy the book, “The Medium, The Mystic, and the Physicist: Towards a General Theory of the Paranormal.”

The Dimensional Slide

The Dimensional Slide. It sounds like some New Age dance step and in a way it is. As frequencies rise and spiral into the center many are experiencing contact with parallel dimensions and other realities. As frequencies elevate the veils become thinner and we find ourselves shifting into alternate realities – all happening in the now.

We know thought creates reality and vibrations allow access to various dimensions. However, as we near the center of the 2012 spiral (coming ever closer to the point of oneness) there is something else also happening. Various possible realities are conjoining. Multiple possibilities of All That Is are manifesting before our eyes.

There is a choice that each must make. It is, “What do I wish to manifest from this illusion for my own future self to experience?”

For many years we’ve been told this time would come – the time of merging timelines. This reality has now arrived. Many are now perceiving these parallel experiences and stepping into them. Many are becoming aware as they witness and/or feel moments of alternate possibilities. From my perspective these are the possible choices we can shift into for various experiences.

This is what mastery is about – that we create exactly what we intend and not step off into another cycle of lessons because we could not master our thoughts and emotions.

This subject gets deep as I ponder it. How best to express this in words?

I had experiences of this as a child. They seemed to occur as various encodings were unlocked for my spiritual growth. When I look back to those magical experiences from this time-frame it seems dimensional slides were what had actually occurred.

It is all about the possibilities of alternate realities. As we experience a slide we shift from the current reality we experience into, for a moment or more, other existing realities where our souls are also incarnated. As you know consciousness and our true selves are far greater than what the ego experiences in this life – in this body.

Yes. You have the ability to raise your frequencies and shift consciousness up and down your Antakarana to experience different dimensions and levels of consciousness anchored at various chakra levels. But you are not just what is on the Antakarana connected from Mother Earth’s Sacred Heart through you and back to Source. There are many additional fragments of yourself in alternate realities – parallel universes – experiencing all the alternate choices that were possible for you to experience in this current incarnation.

This is a deep subject, a bottomless pit in itself. What I’m saying is when you experience a meshing – a conscious touching of alternate realities while your current life plays out – it is a decision point, an opportunity to go in another direction. It is a chance to walk through a doorway that has opened when two probable realities merge for a short time.

Is this what Jesus meant when he spoke of the End Times, saying two would be in the field and one would be taken? It sometimes seems to me a doorway opens that I could step through, a portal manifesting in this reality I am used to. Do I have choice? I think so. This is no doubt why each must master experience by controlling thought and emotion.

Messages concerning mastery of thought and emotion keep arriving. That what we decide to picture in our minds is what creates and manifests our reality. As Mother Earth shifts into the higher 5th dimensional vibrations thoughts and emotions manifest more instantly. This is especially the case as we individually raise our personal vibrations.

Mother Earth’s shift into these higher vibrations is a big problem for those who have not learned to control/master personal thought, emotion and mental pictures. It is now a time of great responsibility for our personal behavior. This is what the End Times and the separation of Wheat and Chaff is all about.

You can go into any reality you create for yourself. It is all about how high you raise your frequency, what thought and emotion you wish to envision as you create the illusion you experience. The awakening is the realization that you are indeed creating reality. It is knowing you are here to experience All That Is. This includes many different levels of experience in alternate and parallel universes overlaid and side by side with the one you are attuned to in this reality. These alternate pathways are in addition to the higher dimensional levels you attune to in your day to day life.

What Is Happening In 2012

Humanity is arriving at the center point of the spiral – the zero point where all time, space and realities converge. Individuals who are just awakening may have difficulty comprehending this. I feel deeply for them. It is such a vast subject and level of awareness. That said, I also know all individuals will be given the understanding they need for their souls’ growth in these times. The Law of Attraction will see to that. The vibration each chooses to experience will create the level of teaching that resonates with personal choices for experience.

This is why you need not focus on the spiritual development of another. Each has free will and interrupting such may create a karmic tie. You really don’t want any of that to have to play out and complete! Indeed, no more Karmic bonding for me!

Back to what’s happening in 2012. As we approach Zero Point and veils continue to drop dimensional slides will increase and get stronger. They will remain unveiled longer. We will now doubt experience gateways to other realities – portals or doorways we can step through for that alternate experience. What we think and feel, and the level of vibration we emit at the time the dimensional doorway is visible brings forth resonance with the alternate reality.

I have heard of others going through portals such as this and learned it is easier to go through than it is to return to the previous reality. An example is the story of the Men In Black – those alternate universal beings that slid into our universe and brought the negativity needed for ascension. They created a portal not knowing what reality was on the other end of the wormhole. They stepped through into our universe in the area of Sirius and could not return to their point of origin. They came from a lower 2nd dimensional vibrating universe into our 3rd and 4th dimensional levels. This turned out to be a good event, one that has played an important part in Earth School’s duality experience.

It is my belief these doorways are wormholes into various alternate realities that are attracted by the vibrations we emit. It is a fork-in-the-road provided for choice. We could go either way. It is our choice whether or not we experience these alternative possibilities.

This is the dimensional slide I attune to when I experience these alternatives flowing in. My experience urges me to remind you to guard your every thought and emotion. Master them! Mastery is Key to this ascension experience! That is exceedingly obvious at this time.

And don’t get hung up about your ego. Let it go! Ego is only you in this lifetime. It is not you in these alternate realities and certainly not in the higher dimensions where ego doesn’t exist!

My Early Childhood Experience With The Dimensional Slide

My first experience was as a child. I was still in touch with my other worldly powers, having not yet been told these were just imaginary powers. I would experience times when I felt I had options concerning where to go and what to do. Looking back from my current level of comprehension I now know what my child-self believed was true. I could have been anything and done anything I wanted. These doorways were decision points capable of affecting future manifestations within this illusory reality. What I experienced were multiple forks in the road of what would/could happen as a result of the choices I made.

Later in life I found these experiences occurring in those higher levels of awareness as my spiritual encodings were unlocked. As Jim Carrey stated the awareness was experienced – felt as whole – but then slipped away as we attempted to grab it and hang on. In any event the decision we made sent us through the doorway into the life we ultimately chose to experience. What Jim Carrey was attempting to hold on to is this ultimate knowingness that lies between two worlds – the connection to the wizard behind the curtain.

The In-Between Reality Phase

The in-between phase is the doorway we step through. It is the middle ground – the point from which we see both sides. It is an unveiled point of connection to Source from which we perceive with full awareness. As I matured these dimensional slides within my field of awareness occurred from the high vibratory state of love.

It was the act of making love that opened the doorway on many occasions. At first I didn’t understand what was going on. All I knew was that it felt exciting, familiar and was triggered at the peak of oneness that results from a heart-to-heart chakra connection. I thought it was because of the partner I had at the time and our being in love. I have since discovered it has nothing to do with a certain other, even though they can take you to that state of Oneness by the love you feel for them. What I subsequently discovered was my experience represented the level of love I had opened myself to – a level that can be experienced with or without another partner.

I have since found I can experience this dimensional slide while making love but not limited to a certain individual. It is my connection to the Source Field – to that Zero Point where the veils drop and possibilities can become endless. It happens because love is Creation! But partnering can be a problem within itself as karmic bonding can occur. That we don’t want to have happen at this time! Making love is best undertaken with a prior agreement that no “cording” or emotional bonding occurs that creates karma. Sex must be sacred and only heart to heart.

How To Avoid Karmic Entrapment

Energies are transferred when you make love or allow someone to bond within your energy field. This can be a problem if your choice of partners is not a good one. People bring the energies of others into your field. These energies may consist of others they have been with, energies of other family members, their environment, or even past experience and life issues. You must be exceedingly careful regarding who you allow into your field at this time as the baggage they carry can indeed trash your energy field. Each needs to take care of personal garbage rather than leaving it in another’s field to clean and clear up. Be careful and choosy concerning who you allow to be close to you. It is your as much your personal experience as mine is my own!

I do know that love making with the right partner, and having spiritual sex can take the couple into the higher dimensional awareness as that heart to heart connection is created and the fields of the two merge into one. Remember we are all one anyway and you are only sharing love with another aspect of your self. Making love is a reconnection with another you. The sensation of being in love is simply the true loving of you! You are loving yourself and allowing the experience to enter from an external source. You think you are in love with that other you, but truly that other you is helping you break down barriers of living from the mind and assisting you to shift into heart.

The heart is where you must learn to stay. Being with others can help you make the connection from head to heart but you must stay in the heart to anchor that way of being. Doing this allows you to really love your Self and find that connection to who we truly are inside rather than looking to the external illusion for happiness. That internal connection is the connection to Source and the only true reality that is eternal. All exterior is finite and will dissolve.

On occasion – once true love is present – the perception of an opening to a different world occurs. From my perspective this is very real. It is a doorway in consciousness to experience a different reality. It is just a portal through that sacred space in your heart from which you can perceive the entire universe no larger than a beach ball in your hands as you step through.

What’s on the other side of these dimensional slides – these portals of reality that open? I don’t know. What I do know is that each time I have had supernatural experiences in this Bill Ballard lifetime the energy that has stopped me is fear. I would have a single thought emerge that limited my experience, and that single thought set the reality I would later experience. I believe my reality would have been changed. The only thing that held me back was me – my thought, emotion, and perception.

The 2012 Center Point And Dimensional Shift

We are approaching a definitive time cycle center point as we spiral ever tighter towards the galactic center. Time will continue to accelerate and issues will repeat with greater intensity as we move closer to that point. This is why now is the perfect time for mastery and completion of all lessons we came to Earth School to learn. It is time to clear karma and decide what we each wish to manifest and experience next. That is what 2012 and the coming dimensional shift is all about.

Many individuals will remain on this 3D level of experience while others will choose to step off that ride and opt for one of myriad other possibilities. If it can be thought of it exists. If not in this universe then definitely in a parallel one. We have the choice to experience anything our hearts’ desire and we are by our thoughts and emotions attracting that new experience. The excitement of 2012 unfolds with increasing rapidity. Those who have so deeply immersed themselves in the lower dimensions may find themselves having a difficult time. But that is what they need.

It is my understanding that messages as this one will always find the person seeking. That is the Law of Attraction. What we choose to allow ourselves to perceive and to experience will be aided by Spirit bringing us the tools, awareness and comprehension into our lives, for us to gain the experiences on the path we choose. There is, in reality, no good and no bad – just choice. Choice is what must be made. We have a myriad of choices allowed – choices limited only by our capacity for thought.

Not making a conscious decision to ascend is one of your choices at this time. If you decide not to ascend you will remain in the lower dimensional vibrations for another cycle of duality. That is an additional 26,000 years of time as we perceive it, and a Self-selected number of reincarnations until the next astrological cycle of ease and grace occurs.

These increasing numbers of dimensional slides are the doorways into alternate realities. You can choose to step through if you want. Simply observing the myriad options offered for alternate experience can also be done. For me personally seeing those possibilities and remaining in this ego/higher-self manifestation is my choice. I choose to create and stay in this reality. It is quite interesting to have these experiences and encounter Source in those portals between worlds.

Many are attempting to explain – with limited words – the experience we are having. This is occurring with greater frequency as many reach higher levels of vibration. I bring up this subject because I have heard no discussion of it as yet in the hopes of provoking others to share their ideas and understanding. This in turn helps me view my experience from a more enlightened perspective when I am able to contemplate other’s perceptions of similar experience.

Integration Lifetimes and Human Evolution

Readers and clients have recently asked me questions regarding what I call “integration lifetimes.” In a “regular” lifetime, people choose one or two things as their focus, attempting to resolve them so as to free themselves from specific karmic ties or continuing influence. Unlike regular lifetimes, “integration lifetimes” attempt to unite and utilize all previous incarnations — assembling them into something far beyond that which has come before. In essence, the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.

Whereas regular lifetimes allow people to ignore “irrelevant” experiences, themes, relationships or gifts, integration lifetimes demand attention to and embracing of our greater being. For example, if a soul on a regular lifetime has major money and persecution issues to work through, but pre-incarnately decides to narrow this lifetime’s focus to resolving two particular relationships, then money and persecution problems will not affect the soul much during this lifetime — even though there remain significant issues in those areas. Instead, those two chosen relationships will dominate as life challenges. The absence of money or persecution issues does not mean these souls are totally evolved in those areas; it simply means they have not chosen to focus upon them this go-around.

By contrast, souls on integration lifetimes can seem to attract challenges everywhere they turn, although initially they may have seemed to lead “charmed” lives. In early years, these souls tend to tap into lots of previously developed gifts, so outwardly they seemed to thrive. School and other pursuits may come amazingly easy. Indeed, peers or siblings often feel jealous that integration lifetime souls succeed in everything they do. Beneath the surface, though, lie feelings of inadequacy or persecution, a nagging sense of missing the mark, an unfulfilled life purpose, and general ennui. Integration lifetime souls have literally “been there, done that,” so the trappings of success — though massive — can seem unreal, taken for granted or ultimately dissatisfying. At some point, the contrast between the worldly successes and the soul’s bigger goal of embracing every being they have ever been, triggers crises to get the integration lifetime soul back on track. At this point, their outer lives can look disastrous — disability, “untreatable” health problems, poverty, public shame, devastating divorce, etc. — while their inner lives alternate between profound despair and a bizarre sense that everything is finally aligning in Divine and perfect order.

As the dreaded Tower Card of the tarot suggests, destruction often precedes integration. Old paradigms fly out the window and crash into the sea. Life as we knew it ceases to exist. These sorts of lifetimes usually present tell-tale health challenges designed to break down traditional barriers, perceived limitations and over-reliance on 3D reality: things like brain injury, Lyme disease, Fibromyalgia, some manifestations of MS — anything that radically alters those things we held most certain. Earth herself has begun an integration path as she shifts dimensions, and millions of people incarnated right now have come here for integration lifetimes. Earth’s energy supports integration right now, because the process of embracing the full essence of who/what we are is another way to describe Ascension or Human Evolution.

People wonder just what percentage of others have chosen integration lifetimes. If I had to guess, I would say that 11% of the population right now is living an integration lifetime, with perhaps 4-7% actually making the leap. That’s a guess, though, because most of the people with whom I interact as friends, students, readers and/or clients are on an integration lifetime.

For those souls who incarnated recently, the multiple traumas seem to be arriving earlier. Older integration lifetime souls often experience a Tower Card tossing out of their old paradigms; today’s children on integration lifetimes simply refuse to accept outdated paradigms right from the start. That’s one reason we have so many kids needing alternative schooling and other support right now. I’ve had a run of parents requesting sessions for children debilitated by nightmares, autism and vision problems. The parents fear that their kids are having delayed development, when in reality, these children on integration lifetimes have actually jumped into their challenges feet first. They recognize the accelerated times we live in and refuse to participate in pleasant delays and detours. Through their in your face issues, these kids insist on their own intense integration while also pointing out exactly where the parents, teachers, society and siblings need healing. Children on integration lifetimes in the year 2012 came here with a big mission. They may seem backwards or delayed, but most of their anger and frustration stems from not being able to express their gifts in fully functional ways. Their souls are literally screaming for a freeing of the human race.

I’ve also recently noticed a phenomenon in which adults are suddenly opting for integration lifetimes, even if they did not arrive with an integration imperative. In the presence of so many souls determined to “be all that they can be” (or rather, be all they already ARE), these other souls are signing on. By doing so, they volunteer for some extra challenges, perhaps surprising themselves by consciously engaging topics that previously seemed fringe or weird. I call these souls the “ease and please” variety. Not that they don’t have past life traumas to reintegrate! Of course they do, but rather than attracting a major this-life trauma to dismantle all semblance of prior reality, they move through their changes preemptively with the help of self-education, life coaches, intuitives, and/or other integration lifetime friends. This group is what some channelers refer to as “the second wave.”

How do you know if you are on an integration lifetime? If you’re reading this, then you likely are. Most people attracted to the idea of reincarnation have a nagging sense that society’s proven explanations and interpretations of Life tend to fall short. Synchronicities, recurring dreams, intense yet unlikely soul connections with others, medical mysteries and interest in things like astrology and patterns indicate at least a budding awareness of more than meets the eye. Since regular lifetimes don’t require attention to anything beyond the intended focus, regular lifetime folks rarely find themselves attracted to anything that could distract them from that focus. Nothing like dozens or hundreds of “irrelevant” lifetimes to distract from the one or two they wish to resolve! If you find yourself yearning to sense a bigger picture, a context that makes sense of ongoing patterns, or a metaphysical understanding, then you are likely experiencing the call of integration.

What can you do to heed the call? Prayer, meditation, creative arts, and journaling all offer keys to hidden passageways within yourself. You can also try specialized meditations like The Blue Room to help you detach from and resolve persistent relationship challenges. I’m a big fan of the Archangels, especially Michael and Raphael. Michael has his fiery sword, so useful for cutting the ties that bind, and Raphael is the Archangel of Healing on all levels. If you feel a particular connection to other angels, faeries, devas, gods or goddesses, you can ask them to assist you in your growth and integration. Past life regression therapy can help through hypnosis or self-hypnosis if you find trusted methods that resonate with you. Additionally, soul/past life readings from a trusted intuitive can help you to connect the dots. The mind has a funny way of clinging to things we do not understand. Once they make sense, we can lay them to rest. Since reincarnation, parallel lifetimes and previous selves are difficult to prove, sometimes receiving corroboration from an uninvolved other gives us permission to trust our own inner knowing.

Though challenging, integration lifetimes offer tremendous opportunity for evolutionary leaps. No more plodding along. We’re talking spontaneous Ascension, radical emergence, the phoenix rising from the ashes. We’re talking everyday magic and the hero’s journey. We’re talking nothing less than full human potential. People say, “I’m only human,” but there’s no room for “only” in that sentence. As Marianne Williamson says:

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

2012: A Call to Co-Creation

Today we have a guest blog post from one of my favorite people on the planet: numerologist, astrologer, tarot reader, teacher, author and channeler, Timothy Glenn. Some of you will recognize Tim’s name as the person who shared with me the powerful Blue Room Meditation. Others will recognize some of the information below from my novel, Schizandra and the Gates of Mu. Tim provided the content for Schizandra’s extensive numerology/tarot/astrology reading — via actual charts for my fictional character. The character Tom Brown was inspired by both Timothy Glenn and Sir Thomas Browne.

2012: A Call to Co-Creation

A Numerological Perspective

Last year’s article was entitled 2011: A Call to Community. Windows of opportunity opened for us to coalesce into groups of resonant people; families, organizations, dolphin pods, or however you wish to envision it. A lot of us got shuffled around, as our Spirits moved us into position for the pivotal year of 2012. Friendships, partnerships and all manner of relationships started, ended, grew or morphed in significant ways.
In the planetary shift, synergy is the key.

Separation into Oneness

2011 presented us with a curious paradox. Having played the game of separation for ages, many of us have begun the journey back into Universal Oneness. But not all Souls are ready to make the journey at the same time in the same way, so a temporary parting of the ways has occurred within our world, to facilitate the merger into Oneness later on another level of existence. No almighty cosmic law dictates that everyone incarnated in this world at this time has to join hands with everybody else, and go skipping down a primrose path to paradise.

Some Souls have not finished playing the old games, and we honor their choices, no matter how painful or stupid those choices may look to us. In the lives of most people, this phenomenon of separating into Oneness has been manifesting.

But this phenomenon also loomed large on a planetary scale in 2011. Toward the end of August, the energetic split finally occurred. Those who insist on going down with the ship of the old world, finally veered off onto probability lines to pursue further experience in limitation. Those of us who are devoted to making the quantum leap to the next level of evolution, have continued our metamorphosis into the realm of infinite possibilities.

As the two worlds of humanity grow apart, we separate the wheat from the chaff. It becomes progressively more obvious who is who, and who is still in the middle wondering which way to go. And what a choice: to crawl along the path of fear as a numbed-out Matrix Unit, or to fly free as a Conscious Co-Creator in a love-based reality.

Mutate or Die

A few Sensitives have reported that during the August separation process, they were guided to step aside from this reality to cushion the impact on their physical and emotional bodies. They went through the motions of life for a week or so “only partially embodied”, “as though in a trance” or “as the observer”, and then resumed full presence.

Although other factors were involved, perhaps a vestige of my old Warrior’s Way plunged full force into the emotional maelstrom, rather than buffering the effects of the split. By mid September I had lost over 10% of my body weight (not that there was much to spare) and found myself working through a host of complications, eventually spending most of the month of November near death’s door. When it feels as though your emotional body has been stripped to the bare bones, and your physical body reflects the experience, you have an opportunity to cut to the core. But the choice we are offered by a quantum leap of evolution is quite simple: mutate or die.

This healing crisis resolved with the integration of issues stemming from the body’s genetic download; a mix of two bloodlines who had hated and fought each other for over a thousand years. On a deeper level, the conflict involved Soul groups who had despised and opposed each other for millenia beyond count. The solution lay in carrying the Pre-Birth Chi forward in a state of peace. This can be achieved through love, understanding and forgiveness; essential tools for navigating the unchartered waters of 2012 and beyond.

2012 = 2 + 0 + 1 + 2 = 5

The number 5 indicates growth, change, evolution, freedom, expression. We can’t expect a 5 cycle to hold still for us while we fiddle with trifles. 2012 sounds the clarion call to action, with an emphasis on freedom of expression; a revolution of evolution.

If you established any spiritual foundations in the previous year, now is the time to build on those foundations. Consider yourself as having been issued a Creative License by the Universe. While the world changes under your very feet, you can begin embodying your Angelic Self and learn to wing it.

Everything in Numerology is based on cycles of 1 through 9, and 5 serves as the hinge point in the middle. More of life will pivot on 2012 than on any other 5 cycle in history. Not even the crust of the Earth will sit still this year. If we are flexible and adaptable, we can evolve.

2012 = 20 + 12 = 32

Especially if we pronounce the year Twenty Twelve, we invoke the energy of 32. Consider this: July 4, 1776 = 32, which inspires liberation. Are you courageous enough to declare your independence, despite threats from those who claim the right to rule us? The energy of 32 can look an oppressor in the eye and say, “King George, we understand you rule the British Empire. We understand the British Empire is growing to encompass a quarter of the world’s land mass, and your navies rule the Seven Seas. And we understand the sun never sets on the British Empire – but – as far as we are concerned, you can shove your Empire where the sun never shines at all.”

The Spirit of July 4, 1776 declares independence and means business. In Zodiacal Numerology, 32 carries the energy of Scorpio, so when 32 says “Give me liberty or give me death”, this goes far beyond mere parroting of political slogans. The principle of “Live free or die” will rise in public awareness this year. But perhaps we can edit the old saying: “Give me Liberty, or give me a new Reality.”

2012 = 32 = 5. The fifth sign of the Zodiac is Leo the Lion. The average Matrix Unit may opt to play The Cowardly Lion, but the path of evolution calls for each of us to stand forth as The King of Beasts, as a self-governing, sovereign Being. As the would-be controllers of the world continue their desperate ploy for establishing a global totalitarian police state, what kind of Lion will you become?

A Flip Without a Flop

In a year of claptrap from flip-flopping politicians, we can reflect on the Tarot imagery of the 20 and the 12. The 20 marks a turning point; the call from the darkness into the Light, as depicted in the Judgment card.

The 12th card of the Tarot deck is known as The Hanged Man, who is not dangling from a noose, but is voluntarily flipped upside down. This symbolizes someone who entertains perspectives that are upside down according to the old world; somebody 180 degrees out from mainstream. This evinces the energy of mysticism. In the standard Waite deck, the Hanged Man radiates a golden halo.

Our evolutionary adaptability may require us to see life on Planet Earth from a radically different perspective; upside down, inside out, backwards or whatever. The 12th house in Astrology (along with the 12th sign Pisces and its ruler Neptune) can include illusion and delusion. In 2012 we may find our illusions challenged.

As the Light permeates this world and illuminates the dark corners, can we expect everything to continue looking the same? Cherished notions may dissolve before our eyes; the sacred lies of religions, the proven lies of science, the official lies of governments and the advertised lies of corporations. 2012 will offer us the chance to flip some interpretations of life, to avoid an evolutionary flop.

A New Sphere of Influence

2012 also invokes a bit of esoteric Sacred Geometry. The 12-sided Platonic solid (the dodecahedron) and the 20-sided Platonic solid (the icosahedron) combine into the 32-sided Archemedean solid known as the icosadodecahedron. Imagine a rubber icosadodecahedron you can inflate into a ball. Watch the lines as they form the seams of the ball: six perfect circles. 6, first of the perfect numbers. 6, the number of love. Perfect love. Divine love. Unconditional love. The Circle of Life.

2012 will show us a lot of things we could choose to fear, but we can choose the path of love. We can place ourselves within a spherical icosadodecahedron of Light, and let the shadows of the old world begin passing out of sight.

The Crossing

On December 21, 2012 we will cross the Galactic Equator, and the shift will begin in earnest. Through the last several years, as we have drawn nearer this plane the Mayans call The Dark Rift, the increasingly intense gravitational field has put the cosmic squeeze on our old reality. But at the end of 2012, we will finally enter the decompression chamber. Anything can happen.

Physicists often call the Universe “the field of infinite possibilities”. This echoes the scripture “With God all things are possible.” Not merely some things or most things, or almost all things. Literally all things. As we cross the Galactic Equator, our human possibilities can tap into Infinity Itself.

Consciousness creates everything. We are consciousness. 2012 will open windows of opportunity to the wonderment of Co-Creation for Conscious Beings.

Precession of the Equinoxes

This is another guest blog post by my Facebook friend, Chicago-based astrologer and acupuncturist Dean Scarpinato. I think he does a nice job contextualizing our current times within a phenomenon known as Precession of the Equinoxes. For those of you not familiar with this term, it’s the basis for the idea we are entering (or have already entered) “The Age of Aquarius.” The Mayan Calendar also relates to the Precession of the Equinoxes and the 26,000 year cycle that comes to a close on or around December 21, 2012. Mayan Elders have recently explained to the public that the great shift can happen within a time range, which we are already experiencing. Just to clarify, the Mayans themselves do not predict the end of the world, but the end of an era. Dean explores how the 1960’s offered a kind of dress rehearsal for today’s big show.

The world is at a point of radical change, a tipping point if you will. The ’60’s was an immature awakening, the birth of a New Age, New Consciousness, New Aeon. But it was in the hands of children who lacked the necessary discipline to rightly divide the word or to persevere in the face of established resistance , which came all to often in the form of Daddy saying “come on home boy. Let me get you a cushy job.” The Black and Brown revolutionaries ended up in jail while the white ones became Professors with book deals looking back on those whacky days of radicalism and helping society to relegate the revolution to the storage shed with all other anomalies.

But the Universe itself is moving on, as we shall see. And so you can co-opt the Revolutionary, bring corporate sponsorship to the Revolution, but the most you can do in the face of the changing Aeon is to perhaps wipe out the world population. Whether or not God or the space men or even some political figure not entirely corrupted by corporate dollars (and hopefully bullet proof as well) will come in the final reel to save us from ourselves is anyones guess. But we as a world are moving into the Age of Aquarius, the Aeon of Horus and we are at the end of a 26,000 year cycle (A Great Year) as well. So put all the laws in place to keep the sheeple in line. Uranus is gonna blow this pop stand wide open and I don’t think St Peter takes Master Card. The Church may (LOL) but I don’t think that will get you far in the Kingdom of Heaven either.

In the 60’s Uranus in Virgo was opposite Saturn in Pisces. That is to say that the revolutionary, free thinking iconoclast in the realm of the Earth Mother, virgin Isis or in her later incarnation Mary, seeded by God (heavenly process) and prepared to give birth was actively opposed by the entrenched system. We were (are?) in the Age of Pisces. At least the Sun is. From a heliocentric position the Earth is in the Age of Virgo and so this polar opposition was indeed most telling.

And perhaps, like the child Jesus, the so-called “hippies” just figured that as soon as everyone heard the good news and turned on we’d all just groove, turn our homes into crash pads and all ancient wounds would be forgotten in a nice peyote ceremony. And much like Jesus the Roman Army and its lick spittles (FBI, CIA, Local Police etc) pretty much crushed the rebellion and all its leaders. The ones it didn’t crush outright it bought off and then they co-opted the hair and dress into a fashion worn by everyone. Crazy side burns and very gay polyester bell-bottoms were in even at the Brady Bunch Home.

Then a few years back that opposition repeated itself, only 180* opposite. In other words Saturn was now in Virgo with Uranus in Pisces, and I as an Astrology couldn’t help thinking that maybe the Revolution had matured while the so-called Revolutionaries just got old. 40 years…hmmm. The Biblical number of probation. The number of years that the unbelieving generation wandered in the desert, knowing of but never reaching the Promised Land. Only Joshua and Caleb were preserved in their youth to actually take what they should have, but were not ready to take 40 years ago.

And while this is significant Astrologically, along with the fact that Pluto is in Capricorn, last seen (or not seen) there during the American and French Revolutions, it should be clear not only to any third rate Astrologer but to anyone who reads the papers that the absolute most hidden filth in the deepest invaginations of the Plutocracy we call corporate America will be forced to the surface with the fits and spats of dysenteric diarrhea until the patient finally recognizes the cause and takes the fucking cure. And not unlike so many patients I see in my Acupuncture practice, the cause of the disease is the lifestyle they covet and cherish and they would literally rather die than give up smoking, drinking eating processed garbage and lying to themselves over every detail.

So rather than recognize that capitalism is the disease and the need to get bigger bigger bigger is the mentality of a cancer which ultimately destroys its host, instead of recognizing that the Earth is a fragile eco system orbiting a spectacularly stable star in an otherwise uninhabitable infinitude, and saying “hey maybe we should take care of this place for ourselves and posterity,” we blow up mountains and drill the oceans and turn the atmosphere into a microwave. We shoot nuclear radioactive levels of DU (depleted uranium) all over the Middle East but especially Iraq, and just plain lie and cover up the fact that cancer and really really nasty birth defects are up exponentially. Then we build prisons for the dissidents (attack what few health cells are left) and blame them for all our misdeeds.

It is psychopathic and it is cancerous. And we can’t give it up because we just cannot imagine living without all the neurosis that our greed can buy (on credit). “And even still they would not stop their witchcraft”

So how exactly did we get in this mess? Better still where are we headed? We are on a ride through the Ages into a New Age that, like all new ages, will make devils out of the gods of the old age. The first will be the last. He who tells you today “grab a shovel and be productive (shovel coal into the furnace of hell)” will soon be wailing “Forgive me I was blind.” It is nothing new. It has happened a number of times throughout human history.

To digress for a moment I learned recently from a Terrence McKenna youtube that most stars only last about 700,000,000 (thats seven hundred MILLION) years. Our Sun is already 2,000,000,000 (thats 2 BILLION). Our Sun is already 3X older than the average star will ever get and its still rocking. It is an incredibly stable star system. Biological evolution has been occurring on Earth for 200,000,000 years. That means that 90% of the Earths life was completely desolate. Perhaps the Sun was hotter. Perhaps hot enough to have sustained life on Mars.

Of that maybe human beings have been around for 2,000,000 years and of that written history is no more than about 50,000 years old. Capitalism, by the way, has been around for perhaps 300 years. To conclude that the Universe would miss us, or the US dollar would require a level of ignorance that would challenge Fox News. How many Egyptian Sheckles does it take to buy a loaf of bread? Well I guess if they’re pure gold you could buy the whole US government. But if it’s FIAT Currency made of paper well you can guess what it’s worth today. Such is the fate of the US dollar and such is the fate of the current Fascist/Corporate system of government. But today, unlike in 1967, I believe it is permanent and certain.

As a world we have experienced many Ages. Ask an archeologist and they will tell you of the Ice Age, Stone Age, Bronze Age, Copper Age, Iron Age, perhaps even Space Age also known as NASA Sound Stage Age. A Sociologist might tell you of the Dark Ages and subsequent Renaissance. The Age of Enlightenment, and perhaps even the Golden Age when men walked with the gods and magick filled the air.

Talk to an Astrologer and you will learn that the Sun in its elliptical path around the Zodiac loses 1* every 72 years. This gives the Sun an ever so slight retrograde motion by which it moves backwards one sign every 2,160 years. It is called the “Precession of the Equinoxes.” Multiply 2,166 by 12 and you will find that in 26,000 years the entire Zodiac will have been circumambulated. This, Astronomers beginning I believe with Ptolemy or perhaps Pythagoras or even Plato, have labelled “The Great Year.” And that is where we stand today. That’s right…this time its different.

In reading Angels, Demons and Gods of the New Millenium, by Lon Milo DuQuette I became quite interested in brief and enlightening narrative of the historical movement of the Ages and the evolution of religious beliefs and practices. Much mystery indeed became clear and I am going to attempt to capture this narrative in my own style and perhaps with my own emphasis. I find that this historical understanding makes me all the more certain and perhaps slightly less tentative about the great, even cataclysmic changes that are approaching. I died as a rock and became a plant, as a plant I evolved into an animal, from which I became a man. Let me shed this mortal coil and awaken the god within. How splendid the adventure.
