Laura Bruno creates custom painted and “coded” doors and canvas boards (“porta-portals”), designed to reprogram and tap into the tremendous power of patrons’ subconscious minds and emotions. This ongoing series began as a personal journey and grew to include commissioned works of art, uniquely integrated into people’s homes.
Laura has studied Runes, Sacred Geometry, Tarot, Numerology, Myth and Ancient Symbols, and she works with people to articulate and embody intentions for themselves and the larger world in the form of functional art. Each door or porta-portal features an image, quote and design side, with a mantra, prayer, poem or Psalm embedded on the back, creating a sense of moving from intention to fruition. Door Number 25: Queen of Wands Imbolc Portal
Door Number 26: Strength with Quan Yin and Tiger
Door Number 27: Star Gate Portal
(Door Number 14 was the first porta-portal, commissioned by someone who wanted the same effects as a door without the expense of flying Laura there and keeping her “in residence” for the week it usually takes to create these portals. Amazing art Laura!
There was a time when every time I opened a door I imagined it as a gate and when I stepped through that door/gate I imagined myself entering in to a spiritual realm in a way… a place that got me closer to my spirit or source.
Seeing your art has encouraged me to do this again! 🙂

I I put these for your perusal just to show how Things from other Dimensions -or thing that would take us to other Dimensions are denied us and destroyed even for the purpose of the Common Man to not find the Truth about these Worlds that are available to –if only…..
There is ,I think no people on Earth that believe more in Fairies than Finns. (Norweigians and Sweeds just a step or two behind)
It is so very obvious Christmas time with all the thousand of Xmas Cards depicting Elfs who take care of the Animals in the Barn and Take care of the Whole Farm to people who give them food, milk and every once in a while fabric for their clothing.
Those cards are adorable! 🙂
