Half-hour tarot reading at 20% off the usual rate. Tarot readings offer an energetic check-in, the chance to ask questions about pending decisions or intentions, and represent a fun, yet powerful way to gain perspective on relationships and challenges. They can also be used to offer a snapshots of themes and trajectories.

Tarot readings are particularly good for people who don’t know what kinds of questions to ask me; they just want some kind of guidance because they feel unsure of what’s coming or what to focus upon. Tarot also seems to benefit those people who have exceptionally good things coming their way, yet wonder if I might be “padding the reading” or “just saying what they want to hear.” The cards don’t lie. (Neither do I – but the cards seem an even more objective medium for delivering good news.)

Spiritual and Medical Intuitive Thoughts on COVID 19 Coronavirus

People keep asking me to comment publicly on the COVID-19 situation, and I find it difficult to impossible to make any kind of blanket statement. In addition to my own intuitive guidance, as well as dreams that in retrospect anticipated Wuhan and Italy, I receive on the ground reports from people I trust. I have an international blog audience and clients from around the US and around the world. Yes, many places are out of toilet paper, but beyond that, wide varieties of experience exist.

From my perspective, multiple timelines are very much in play. In addition to location, depending on your frequency, life path, choices and focus, your experience can be very different. Many of my longer term Lyme clients find other people suddenly turning to them for advice. Others I’ve trained in Reiki suddenly find themselves in a position to lead and empower. People who’ve done Shadow Work and meditation find the world starting to catch up to them.

From a Medical Intuitive perspective, I do sense multiple strains of Covid-19, two of which seem fairly innocuous, while others seem much more severe. From a bigger picture and astrological perspective, the collective needs some internal processing time, so life has rearranged to accommodate. Introverts finally feel a little more “mainstream.” I suggest everyone use whatever spiritual and emotional tools you have so that you can remain grounded from a center of love. Learn to pivot: realities and timelines are very fluid right now.

As Neitzsche said, “One must have chaos to birth a dancing star.” Whether you call it “a disturbance in the Force” or “a change in routines” or “extra bendy Time,” you can take advantage of this opening. How you do that very much depends on you, so I cannot make further general recommendations.

I always intuit which specials to offer each month, and this month’s $77 20-minute email check-in seems to have anticipated people really wanting help discerning what this time means for them. If you’d like more personalized advice, comfort or insights regarding the current world situation — or any challenge you face — please consider the email option or booking a phone session. I’m not trying to push my services on anyone. I just really do not feel in integrity to make a blanket statement when I keep seeing such a vast field of variables.

Many of those variables can become very positive, yet I don’t want to diminish real challenges some people face. For many people, this time marks a huge turning inward, and they might find some things they don’t like. For others, this time marks a huge shining outward. It just depends on who and where you are on your path. No judgement — but the “reality” feels very different in each case. Also, the remedies and way forward depend on the answer to these variables.

It’s also a terrific time to complete Reiki Master Teacher Certification training (the other March Special). If you happen to have time off from work or want to deepen skills you already have, I sense the world will need more Reiki Master Teachers in the coming months and years. If you feel stressed out or need healing support, long distance Reiki always meets the guidelines of “social distancing,” even if you can’t enjoy your usual massage or yoga class. Also, this blog has a Search function. Many pandemics have come and gone. I’ve written on all sorts of things before. Plug your query into the Search tab, and you might find I already addressed your concern in 2009 or 2012. Things cycle around!

On a personal note, I keep getting instructions to chant, chant, and chant some more. I find that sacred chants keep my natal Neptune-Mercury opposition tapping into the numinous and intuitive instead of empathing all the nonsense. Find what works for you to make the best of things.

Each year, people ask if they can gift a session to a loved one. I like to offer a discount to honor the love and care behind this gift. Certificates purchased in 2019 will remain valid through December 31, 2020. Since people always ask me this: no, you may not purchase a gift certificate for yourself. You can, however, request someone else get you a gift certificate. 😉

When you contact me to order a gift certificate, please let me know the name of the person you’re gifting, as well as any details you’d like me to include on the certificate. I’ll create and email you a personalized PDF, which you can email or print out for your loved one. Please note: the deadline for me creating a customized PDF in time for Christmas is December 20, 2019.

Interview on “The Unseen” with Mike Clelland: Healing, owls and UFO’s with Laura Bruno

I’m so excited that Mike Clelland has this entire interview posted online! (Originally, it was only going to be the first half for everyone and then the second half for members of the Unknown Country website. It does have some sponsorship ads, which you can fast forward over. I’m just happy for Mike making it available to more people.)

I loved this conversation! Between this interview, his research for my chapter in his book, Stories from the Messengers, our email exchanges, and some other phone conversations, Mike has a way of getting information out of normally very private me.

The interview begins with a story I’ve told many times — how I got into doing Medical Intuitive readings — but then we go places I don’t normally talk about in a public way. We cover some of my experiences with owls, precognitive dreams, and even a very rarely told UFO/lightning strike story.

Then we get into Reiki, astrology and life path topics, both mine and Mike’s. He happens to be living his life path, which includes doing these very deep sorts of interviews. I always enjoy interacting with Mike, but every single time, I have to laugh afterwards: “I told him what?!” This interview is no exception. It has things in it that I had literally thought, “If I ever share this, it will be in thirty years.” Haha, joke’s on me: that Mike Clelland knows how to get the information out of me!

Reiki Level 2 Certification in Kalamazoo, MI

The next Reiki Level 2 Certification Class in Kalamazoo, Michigan is coming up midweek at the end of July. Kalamazoo is less than an hour south of Grand Rapids, 2 hours and 20 minutes from Chicago, and a little over 2 hours from Detroit. Pre-registration and Reiki Level 1 Certification (by me or another instructor) are required.

$555 Reiki Level 3 Master Teacher Certification Special

Every once in a great while, I feel led to offer this special. I’m taking $95 off the normal rate for in-person or correspondence/phone/distance training and certification for Reiki Level 3 Master Teacher.

This special obviously does not apply to everyone, as you will need at least Reiki Level 2 Certification from me or another Reiki Master Teacher in order to qualify for the training. I also require a casual but effective application process so that I get a sense of readiness for this next level. 555 indicates divinely guided positive change, so it seems like an appropriate number for certification to teach “divinely directed healing energy,” another definition of Reiki besides “Universal Life Force Energy.”

People considering this special might find this Reiki Master Teacher FAQ post helpful in answering common questions related to discerning your own readiness and our compatibility as teacher and student. You do not need to know for sure you’d like to teach Reiki in order to take this training. You just need to feel ready to learn Reiki from the perspective of one who could teach and who has committed to living the Reiki Principles as much as possible in your own life.

For more than 16 years, many students who already received their Reiki Level 3 training from another Reiki Master Teacher have completed their second Reiki Level 3 Master Teacher Certification with me in order to increase their confidence and knowledge before going on to teach their own students. Because many teachers don’t teach others to teach, preparing Reiki Master Teachers to teach their own students has become my specialty. I honor this training process as a sacred journey and transmission.
