Brene Brown on “Listening to Shame”

11:11 right now as I post. This came through after two dreams giving a very similar message. Thank you, Pamela and Brene’ Brown. I feel like many people can use this talk right now. Big love!

I felt an inner nudge to revisit this Ted Talk from 2012. Her research on shame and vulnerability is immensely powerful and has had a huge impact on me. Check it out and I’ll see you in the arena.

Love love love Brene Brown. Have two of her books on CD. The Power of Vulnerability is a game changer. She’s so down to Earth and relatable. Her story of having to pause life after she realized what her data was showing her is really inspiring.

I enjoy her humor and that she’s grounded in science, her scientific approach gave us a very realistic roadmap to living whole-heartedly, something really quite spiritual.

The material is not overwhelming but dense enough to warrant several listens, think I’m due for another visit! Thank you for the reminder. 💕😊💕

    • You’re welcome. Yes, she’s wonderful! I’d heard her but not this particular one. It went SO well with two dreams this morning. When Pamela’s email pinged through with her post, I knew I needed to share it. I’ve been hearing so many people struggling with shame as a block to welcoming in the new. ❤

  3. That was a powerful video! I read a book of hers a while back and very much appreciated it at the time. I had no idea she was on TED talks. It was lovely to hear her speaking.
