Contrast, Paradox and Non-Linear Time

After a week of temperatures in the 50’s-70’s, on Saturday, it started snowing. Yesterday, we awoke to a winter wonderland that melted again by late afternoon. For a few hours, though, my garden showcased winter, spring, and summer all at once:

Those pots of summer lilies and ranunculus spent all Saturday and Saturday night in our garage because of the forecast snow, but I love seeing them juxtaposed with winter snow and spring hyacinths (near the bench).

This photo captures so much of what I see happening right now, as we live amidst contrast, paradox and non-linear time. That can feel stressful and confusing, but it offers so many options to thrive. Just because it hasn’t happened before doesn’t mean it cannot happen now. So many people I know — myself included — are spontaneously recalling and healing deep past life memories. So many others find life opening doors, even if just a tiny crack. Beware the tendency to dismiss things that you haven’t seen before. Beware the tendency to live from an all or nothing, black or white, rigid space. Tiny steps add up, and sometimes the smallest choice triggers a quantum leap. All time is now, and that brings so much beauty and possibility.

Yesterday, while working on my latest portal painting, I opened the sliding glass door to let in some fresh air. Rapidly melting snow created a babbling brook symphony, as cardinals and robins sang along. I often paint to music, but David taking a nap restricted me blasting Chopin on the stereo. Instead, Nature transported me while the portal birthed itself. Restrictions create opportunities, for those with eyes to see and ears to hear. Beauty enfolds us and pours forth from us. We are beauty. We real-ize this fact when we step out of expectations into the realm of paradox. We live in a both/and Universe.

Ask Astrid Fridays ~ The Rabbit’s Corner: Authenticity for Enrichment

There’s a message in here for many. Plus, I was just thinking of Nestor (Nestie) this morning, including her passing. I wasn’t sure of the date and then saw Tania’s post. Also synchronous to Tania’s post, a spider startled me in the sink as I was washing up my palette from a day of portal painting. For me, painting, decorating, and gardening are when I feel most alive and at one with my essence. What makes your heart sing?

Yesterday’s share from Astrid got postponed until this morning, due to a full day on both of our parts. But now I see why it is coming today instead, as it’s the 11 year anniversary of my twin soul rabbit’s transition back to the stars. It is Nestor who guided me to all of my bunnies, and even my Russian tortoise Gaia, after her departure. And it is Nestor whom Astrid is deeply connected to and is most like in her magickal essence.

Both Astrid and Nestor have been huge reminders to me of my own essence, and to be truly authentic to who I am, as well as to explore what that means for myself.

Recently I’ve seen a lot of spiders around, including a huge one on Astrid’s castle and one on my keyboard to my computer as I was typing.

Astrid has a special connection to spiders…

Integration Lifetimes and the Splitting of the Worlds

This topic keeps coming up in sessions, so I’m reposting this 2014 post, which I already reblogged in January 2017. As the veil continues to thin, more and more people are dreaming about past lifetimes and future versions of themselves. Karmic relationship clearing seems “up” right now for lots of people. If you’re on a what I call an Integration Lifetime, the rules of life are different. Understanding your Soul’s expectations for this journey aids patience, forgiveness and manifestation.

Integration Lifetimes and the Splitting of the Worlds

I keep thinking about Inelia Benz’s recent post, “The Splitting of the Worlds –Coming to a planet near You!” , urging people to consider an option besides simple light or dark … positive or negative. According to Inelia — and I had previously written about this, too:

“The physical separation is really up on the human collective mind right now. I would say, for now, just observe it.

“As I observe it, and this is something that is coming out in the Interview with a Psychic Assassin book, there is a third option manifesting. It’s is so outside of our reality scale that it needs to be observed.

“Basically, light and dark can and do exist without the other. In fact, that’s the only way they can exist. We can see both because there is both existing separately from each other in our world. There is also a reality where neither exists.

“And something that is just appearing in our awareness, is a reality where they both exist as One. Not light and dark making grey, but making a color that is not in our spectrum. Not a reality where they neutralize or mesh, but where a new element emerges.”

This third option has the potential to transcend the duality and extremes currently thrashing collective consensus reality. It’s akin to what I’ve called an “Integration Lifetime,” in which the goal isn’t fixing a single relationship or issue, or succeeding at a particular career, or evening the score; no, it’s much more complicated and yet infinitely simpler than all that! Integration Lifetimes (and there are millions here living them right now in microcosm of larger processes on our planet) aim to reclaim all the disparate facets of our multi-dimensional beings and empower ourselves to live and be in the world but not of it. Even that phrase fails to reflect all the subtleties of an Integration Lifetime, because once you find that new set point and way of being, you can suddenly afford to be “of” the world, too. The weight of the world won’t weigh you down.

The integration process begins with dis-integration, which is why I encounter so many of you as Medical Intuitive clients! Life falls apart in ways that prohibit you from using bandaids, splints and crutches as permanent cures. After the dis-integration comes a period of the Void. You’ve lost everything you thought you knew and were, but you can’t see or feel or know what’s coming, because “it” remains so far off your radar that you miss “it,” even when “it” begins to permeate your being. The Void can last awhile. However long it lasts, it feels uncomfortable. The sooner you embrace that discomfort of uncertainty, the sooner you notice something massive, healing and deeply nourishing moving through your life. It seems murky at first, hidden in the shadows, and in fact, Shadow Work becomes an important part of moving from the Void into the New. Continue reading

Whether this Earth Day finds you in the glories of Spring or the quiet rustle of Autumn, I wish you increased awareness of our Mother Earth, who nurtures and provides for us. May she know and feel our love! May she grow healthy and strong as we honor her.

More Signs of Spring

Here’s another glimpse of our Kalamazoo Spring. Despite a 24-hour cold spell this Sunday into Monday morning, the blooms continue to unfurl. I am so excited to finally have ranunculus! I love these exuberant flowers but have never grown them before:

A Tale of Two Timelines

Below is an updated version of a post I wrote in 2014, a time that seemed so intensely polarized. I have to laugh as I recall 2014, because the split grows wider and wider each year. Compared to today, 2014 was mellow!

I’ve received emails from some very anxious people begging me to blog about current events. I only do so when I feel led, and you won’t find me taking sides here. Some people have asked why I no longer blog directly about vaccines, BigPharma, GMO’s, and other Shadow topics. I used to, but at some point I found my blog getting censored. WordPress wouldn’t let me post if I included certain words; several search engines dropped my blog for two years. Even if I searched “Laura Bruno, Medical Intuitive,” my blog would not appear. My YouTube channel got censored into non-existence way back in 2011. I was one of the original ones booted off that platform for sharing non-mainstream, empowering information.

I consolidated five websites into this one blog. Forgoing YouTube and social media, this blog is the only online presence I now have. The risk of total censorship outweighs what I feel I can accomplish anymore by posting about certain topics. You can search the blog if you want to see what I’ve written over the years, although I removed some of that content, too. I feel like we’ve entered a new phase, where portal painting, orgone gridding, Reiki, energetic intervention and other under the radar actions produce stronger results with far less risk. And yes, more Divine Doorways and Portal Paintings are in the works. Those I’ll share. 🙂

My own path — along with many clients and blog readers — involves embracing paradox and the integration of seeming opposites. Best of the old, best of the new: what would create healing, harmony, generous yields and soul soothing beauty? These are the questions I ask, and most public work I do occurs very much behind the scenes. I will always support free will to choose creation or destruction, realizing that many times creation follows destruction. That said, the opportunities to choose keep ramping up. In any case, here’s a post from 2014, which if anything, seems even more true today:

Archive of the April 6th A Fireside Chat

I’ve heard from several people who missed the live A Fireside Chat with Zany Mystic and me this past Saturday. Lance White sent me the link for anyone who wants to listen to the replay.

As usual, the hour flew by! We talked about permaculture, gardening, art, synchronicity, cultivating beauty, healing, spiritual initiation, and the power of creativity. I hope you enjoy the conversation as much as we did.

First Taste of Spring

Spring has almost sprung in Kalamazoo! We’ve got Glories of the Snow and wild violets blooming today, with the earliest daffodils and hyacinths getting ready.

These seem all the more cheerful and amazing in contrast to our visit to still frozen Lake Michigan on Saturday:

I love these in between weeks when we can have sunshine and 60’s followed by snow flurries. How do you experience contrast? I find it invigorating!
