Lyme Journal: A Guided Recovery Workbook — Now Available

At long last, “Lyme Journal: A Guided Recovery Workbook” is now available! You can purchase the 8 1/2 x 11″ journal/workbook here.

I designed this 139-page workbook based on over 17 years as a Medical Intuitive Life Coach. Since 2004, I’ve focused on supporting clients, friends and family struggling with Chronic Lyme Disease. In addition to my still-in-progress “Metaphysics of Lyme” book, this latest release shares the unusual knowledge I’ve acquired through intuition and supporting amazing souls on their own Lyme journey.

Prompts on each page explore common Lyme issues and foster positive changes, inside and out. This guide works best for people open to a holistic approach to healing. It explores physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual patterns. Whether you write, draw, or collage your answers, this workbook helps you to identify and address hidden aspects of your journey. Since Lyme is “The Great Imitator,” these questions also apply to autoimmune and neurological issues, along with chronic pain, co-infections, adrenal fatigue, thyroid issues, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, MS, toxic mold exposure, and more.

When people shift limiting thought patterns, clear away spiritual dross, and begin to celebrate and cherish their unique gifts, they open space for healing. This journal/workbook is not meant to replace traditional or alternative treatments, but to trigger movements up and out of the vibration of Lyme symptoms. By accessing deep, authentic parts and honoring Lyme as a powerful soul healer/guide, life becomes freer and more magical than ever before. “Lyme Journal: A Guided Recovery Workbook” is available on Amazon.

Thank you to everyone who’s encouraged this project, and special gratitude goes to those beautiful clients who’ve allowed me to walk with them on this sacred journey.

Blessings and Love,

  2. Thank you, New Human New Earth. After all my years working with Chronic Lyme clients, I’ve found them to be among the most gifted and most afflicted. If your familiar with Plum Island and vaccination, you know what I mean. The irony is that lifting themselves out of the range of Lyme creates a kind of super-human. It’s an evolutionary trigger for people who know or learn how to reclaim their own innate power. I would love more people to unlock that healing, because these are some of the most amazing people suffering when they could be leading.

From the Pestilence Program link… “By intentionally routing awakening people into the medical system merry-go-round to seek help for unusual physical symptoms, this works to keep people distracted from really what is happening, while suppressing their awakening potential.” Exactly what I have been observing for some time now, but inclusive of ‘mental breakdowns’ as well. Sometimes what is labeled “mental illness” is part of the person’s spiritual awakening and I have to walk a delicate line between encouraging them to see it as such, or else watching them choose to seek psychiatric treatment, and taking pharmaceuticals designed to stunt the internal seedling struggling to sprout, or else resorting to self-annihilation through chemical dependency.

  6. Yes, always a fine line, Kieron! The only difference between breakdown and breakthrough is often contextualization.

  9. Hi Laura, that’s a very lengthy, person specific topic! For many people, it involves recognizing patterns of narcissistic abuse running interference between themselves and a natural experience of their own connection to the divine. If you go in the Search function of my blog and put in narcissism, a bunch of posts will show up. Also check out my posts on Empaths.

For other people, having a good meditation or nature immersion practice helps to clear away the clutter. For others, there’s a connection to physical parasites that cause mental/emotional/spiritual effects … and then, of course, there are also spiritual parasites. Practicing what I call “good energy hygiene” becomes more essential the more sensitive and empathic a person is. In today’s world of so much vitriol and disharmony, it helps to ask “Is this mine?” and pay attention to the answer. If it’s yours, some journaling can help. If it’s not yours, consider returning to sender or releasing to the highest good.

This is a generic reply, as it’s a public blog, but I hope it gives you some ideas. πŸ™‚

  10. Thank you, Sky! I’m reluctant to set an official date on the counterpart, but I’ve got the next several months slated for editing, then formatting, etc. … and hopefully looking at a release sometime in August or the Fall.

Some of that depends on if I decide to separate out some other parts of the book into either an Astrology of Lyme book and/or a Medical Intuitive Astrology book. I’ve taken a few months away from the project to write the guided workbook/journal. Once I read through everything in February, subtract out the self directed exercises that became Lyme Journal, I’ll have a better sense of flow and content. It was just getting too unwieldy! πŸ™‚

  11. Breaking out some parts from your “The Metaphysics of Lyme” book into their own separate books sounds like a great idea! You’ll end up with a series of books that are well-focused and not overwhelming to the reader. I like it!
