Wow, total blast from the past!

Thanks to Amy for sending this my way. My youtube site got censored back in 2012, and I didn’t know any of my old videos remained. Since my computer also got a new motherboard around the same time, I thought those videos were gone forever. Here’s a talk from way back in 2009 at Cafe Gratitude. Rather synchronous that this would pop up right now, as I’ve been considering a possible return to youtube or other platform for some videos on key topics in 2016. We shall see, but in the meantime, here’s the beginning of a longer talk from (nearly) seven years ago. Nothing in here is medical advice, diagnosis or prescription … just sharing things that have come through on the intuitive radar:

  1. That’s so wild when that happens … things spiral back up to the surface, or in the present. πŸ™‚

  2. A big huge excited YES!!!! to “a possible return to youtube or other platform for some videos on key topics in 2016”!!! I volunteer to help in any way I can to manifest this into reality!

    Much love, Sonya

  3. Great beginning Laura, but the video was cut off after about 9 minutes. Is there more?

I loved those Cafe Gratitude talks and wish they were still doing them. Thanks for sharing, Bernadette

  4. Hi Bernadette,
That’s all that’s available, I think, since this was filmed as part of a paid subscription series through Shea Lynn Baird. I’ve lost touch with her, as I know she and Stephen went through a lot of business changes, so I don’t know that any of the others are available anymore even in paid format. I was happy at least to see just this introductory one.
    I miss Cafe G!

  11. Cool, thanks, Allison! Yeah, I need to get a new smart phone — which I do use for work, so I’ve been looking at video capacity in phones, along with PDF capacity for late night on the couch permaculture design course studying. With the “public” house and/or gardens as a setting for videos, I don’t feel like they’d be such an invasion of privacy. I think they’d even be fun to film with all the colorful walls over there, and goodness knows, I’ve got plenty of topics to discuss! πŸ™‚
