Happy Beltane!

This song needs to go up again, because it’s perfect for Beltane in the Northern Hemisphere:

It’s an extra special Beltane here in Goshen, as friends of ours just welcomed their highly faery-connected baby girl on this Beltane Eve when faeries traditionally change residence. Birth on Beltane Eve: as I predicted earlier this week, this one knows exactly how to make her entrance from one realm to the next! Yay, yay and more yay!!!!!!!!!!!!

  5. Happy Beltane to you! And how auspicious for this beautiful girl to be faeried in through the cross-quarter power portal!

  6. Happy Beltane, and yes, it’s most auspicious. Her older brother is completely obsessed with faeries. Whenever he and his little friend see me, they cry out, “Look! It’s the Faery Woman!” For years, he’s been bugging his mom and stepdad to have a little sister, a little faery for him. The parents really weren’t into faeries at all, but we’ve become better friends because of the son’s questions. I gave a dreamcatcher and pixie dust vial for her baby shower, and this baby was 11 days “late.” I kept predicting a Beltane Baby, sharing the cross-quarter day lore, and now here she is! Magic all around. 🙂
