RemovingTheShackles – Solar Update: …Cha Cha Chaaaa!!! – 25 October 2013

Here’s some good information on the solar flares currently and soon to be pounding Earth with higher frequencies. I’ve certainly noticed the big purge today. LO freakin’ L … Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride just got wilder …

Lucas 2012 Infos

0e358-removing-the-shacklesSo this time I was right and wrong!  Last night we had an M Class 2.9 flare and a few hours ago we had and X Class 1.7 flare with a very bright CME (Coronal Mass Ejection).  …. which I called yesterday.   The shocker is that BOTH flares came from a very unassuming 1882 (previously numbered 1862) that is just barely peeking around the western limb of our sun!  … I didn’t even see that one coming, lol!

RuPaul Drives… Marianne Williamson – Things Are Definitely Shifting

Thanks to my sweet Tania for sharing this!

Tania Marie

I am the farthest thing from being political or having anything to do with that whole reality, but when you see RuPaul and Marianne Williamson discussing her running for Congress and her “heart” politics, you just have to smile inside your own heart at the change taking form in the world-wide, collective reality. ❤

A Message from the Faeries

I was asked to relay the following:

It has come to the attention of the Faery Realm that we are being unfairly and inaccurately linked to the implementation of Obamacare, the ability of politicians to crunch numbers — indeed, how absolutely barbaric (numbers are sacred, not some crispy, genetically modified snack to further manipulate!) — and to all manner of unlikely promises and claims flowing from the White House. Along with “elves,” “Gandalf,” “fairy tales” and “myths,” we faeries (also known as the Disney-fied spelling of “fairies”) and the elementals (though unmentioned by your journalists), would like to go on record that we have absolutely nothing to do with any such ridiculous things. The entire Faery Realm is peeved, quite peeved, and (in some cases) downright ornery, about such accusations.

Firstly, “fairy tales” and “myths” are not synonymous with un-Truth. On the contrary, fairy tales and myths represent some of the deepest and truest repositories of Ancient Wisdom. Furthermore, faeries, though tricky, do not lie. “A Person’s Word is Bond” is one of our three main Faery Rules, and — unlike humans — faeries actually enforce that Rule. When someone falsely gives his or her word, the Fae take action. Liars and thieves feel consequences when dealing with the Faery Realm. Better never to encounter a faery than to lie, steal from or otherwise abuse one. We hope you can see just how far apart we stand, fly and swim — dimensions apart — from anything associated with promising one thing and substituting something inferior or malicious.

Furthermore, anyone who tries to pull the old switcheroo on us, should prepare themselves for Faery Mischief. Though not evil, we can be quite maddening. The worse the offense, the greater the leaks, mishaps and humiliations become. “A Person’s Word is Bond,” we say, “so you can count on more where those came from. Much more. We enjoy showing arrogant humans how foolish they are and dropping the veils of poor imitation Faery Glamour. Moreover, woe to humans who promised to help the Earth then fracked the hell out of Her. Pusillanimous poppycocks! She is a living, breathing Being. We will not allow you to kill her. Better never to speak than to vow to protect your Mother only to invite corporate thugs to ravage her. You disgust us.”

Secondly, the next Faery Rule is “Respect, Not Control.” How anyone can confuse this Rule with Obamacare, the monopoly money debt slavery system, and all those ridiculous letters like NDAA, NSA, TSA, CIA, DHS, IRS, FDA, overseen by “czars,” truly strains credulity. The fact that you humans believe in your monetary system but not the Faery Realm would send us into giggle fits if it weren’t so sad. Do you not realize that Iceland and Ireland, two lands with the deepest connection between humans, elves and faeries, have done more to address the root cause of your “banking crises” than any of the so-called leader nations who think myth and fairy tales mean lies? You would do well to respect yourselves and to conduct yourselves in a manner that warrants respect. Those who vie to control others through psychiatric potions, word spells, torture and abuse would do well to honor this sage advice: “Don’t piss off the faeries.”

Those who are actually fighting for the same freedoms and healthy food, water and ecosystems that we support would do well to stop insulting us. You don’t need to join us, but we do suggest you respect us. You mock what you do not understand. We could help you, but some of us have thin wings and long fingers. We might pinch you if you keep slandering and attacking us without provocation. What have we ever done to deserve such mockery? It’s not your fault that those who dominate and control you minimized the records of our capabilities through mind-control efforts of Disney and centuries of persecution, but please don’t mock. Unlike most of you humans, we are acutely in touch with our emotions. It’s part of our charm, in all senses of that word. We cannot be held responsible for consequences that occur as a result of abusing our charms.

We can help you. Some of us are warriors. We have no interest in controlling you. We honor liberty. After all, we do like bells. Blue bells especially. We offer our assistance to those who honor the Ancient Ones and Natural Law. Keep in mind that the Wee Folk are not so little. Nor have we lost our self-respect. We know when and how to fight, and we follow through. How many of you scoffers can say the same? How many of you warriors couldn’t benefit from some extra-dimensional power and Glamour? Think wisely before rejecting kind offers from your Unseen Allies. As one of our human incarnations has been known to say, “The enemy of my enemy is my friend.”

Which brings us to the third Faery Rule: “No Rudeness.” Again, we find it unbelievable — nay, less believable than some of you find the prospect of our existence — unbelievable that you would conflate the rabid words and libel of your politicians with our noble Realm. Rudeness extends beyond not being polite, although as we explained above, many of you have not been polite to us. We can forgive your prior ignore-ance, but now you have been warned. Continued mockery will be taken as intentional rudeness.

Please bear in mind that rudeness also involves degrees of crassness, a lack of refinement, and a certain indescribable yet palpable ugliness, which offends those who honor and cultivate natural beauty, order and harmony. Your political stage is so far from even a poor imitation of natural beauty, order and harmony as to be mutually exclusive. Kindly refrain from sullying the Faery Realm, our inhabitants and visitors, as well as any of our literary and sacred treasures with the intolerable rudeness of your dimension.

Some of us would like to support a shift of your collective reality into one that more aligns with ours. We believe most of you would find life much more pleasant, elegant, enjoyable, fun and free. You would also feel dazzled by the natural beauty and refinement, and you would love our feasts! Not all of us wish to invite your messy boots into our world, but we will permit the intrusion and help to blend our respective (ahem!) worlds if you learn to follow three simple Rules. Please, if you would like to partner with us, you must remember:

A Person’s Word Is Bond
Respect, Not Control
No Rudeness

You have been contacted, warned and offered a choice. Please consider well, and choose wisely. The future of both of our dimensions may depend upon your choice. Blessed Be.

Top 5 Conspiracy Theories That Are True

This is a lively and entertaining discussion, but beneath the absurdity and laughter run provable conspiracies with the declassified documents available to support them. No need to get obsessed with any particular one of these conspiracies. I’m just sharing the information to help people shake out some of the confusion and disinfo, along with breaking down conveniently limiting walls of falsely constructed “reality.” I also wouldn’t call these “the top 5,” but rather, “the 5 most easily proven and least divisive conspiracy theories for people who’ve misplaced their tin foil hats.”

We have so much more power than most of us claim and exercise. Much of that power begins in the mind with what we recognize as possible, as well as being able to see through the “government as parent” programs so deeply embedded in people with all the attendant dysfunction (and more!) of actual parent-child relationships and manipulations. It’s not just time to wake up. It’s also time to grow up. Do we really need to cover for the messed up issues of Mommy Dearest and Daddy Warbucks anymore? Doesn’t that name speak volumes about the very concept of a fictionally imposed sugar daddy? And what about Big Brother? How’s he workin’ out for us? Isn’t humanity getting old enough not to need a babysitter? Just curious. 🙂

Fall Garden Update: First Frost

Well, it finally happened last night: the first frost of the season! David and I spent this weekend preparing, and I harvested a few final things yesterday afternoon. Here’s a photo journey:

Guarden install

We began installing the cold frame portion of “The Guarden.” Above, you can see the PVC pipes bent into the brackets, in preparation for holding up the plastic tunnel. As when we first put together the raised bed, it would have helped to have read all the directions right away. It turns out that David not only needed to undo and redo his over-eager, non-linear girlfriend’s attempt to build the raised bed herself, but we would have been better off installing at least the PVC pipe before adding soil, despite the heat. We wouldn’t have needed to put on the plastic, but the soil now blocks easy access to add some extra bracketing that would create a tighter seal. Oh, well, live and learn. Plus, soil sinks, so perhaps we’ll have an opportunity next Spring. For now, we’ll have a cold frame that’s not quite as tightly sealed as the original design.

cold frame assembly with David's shadow

Above, you can see it with the plastic covering, and below, a peak through the zippered side vents. It’s very important to vent your cold frame on sunny days! Inside temperatures can scorch cold hardy crops, especially under glass. Think of how hot a sunny porch or sun room can get in winter, and then intensify that by the smaller space and soil activity.

You can also lift the sides for Fall and Winter harvesting:

cold frame lifting

I just checked on the babies outside, and I noticed an unexpected thing. The plants in the uncovered beds all looked great, whereas the ones under the cold frame were covered in frost. I will need to experiment to see how much of that happened due to added moisture within the cold frame and how much due to the fact that the uncovered beds have already had at least an extra hour of full sun exposure, while the little cold frame that could(?) sits in only partial sun right now due to the lowered sun angle. It might also have something to do with the heat retained by the black beds, as opposed to the white bed that keeps the soil cooler. David’s dad offered to paint the white one to match the others, but we thought that would require too much maintenance. I may reconsider if it makes a huge difference in productivity, though. Live, observe and learn.

I did not seal up the vents all the way, either, so I will try that this time. I needed to leave before dark yesterday for the Inner Transitions book group and thus left the vents not too open and not too closed. It may have resulted in a frost-friendly moisture situation. Since all the plants in there are cold hardy, I think they’ll be fine. Kale actually tastes better after a frost! Still, it was only 30 degrees last night, so I hope I can count on a little better performance in the dead of winter. I might have to break out my row covers sooner than expected! [UPDATE 2: With the vents closed last night, I had zero frost on my cold frame covered plants this morning.]

After David and I finished installing the cold frame, what to my wandering eyes should appear? A hidden (even from the squirrels and rabbits!) Moon & Stars Watermelon, ripe for the picking. It was tiny, grown in a crate, and totally delicious. It tasted like watermelon bubble gum — very sweet and unlike other watermelons I’ve tried. It was the first and only watermelon we got this season before any critters drained them of their juice. Definitely worth the wait! Who harvests watermelon in late October?! In Northern Indiana???

The harvest continued, with (non-cold hardy and hopefully, please, please, please perennial if mulched) tree collards and unripe tomatoes:

I gathered even more yesterday:

More Tomatoes

We’ve got mint drying for tea and smoothies…

… and lots of lemongrass!

I made another weekend bouquet…

this weekend's bouquet

… and a zinnia and pineapple sage bouquet along with edible nasturtiums and calendula flowers:

yesterday's harvest

I expected to find frozen nasturtiums, zinnias and a dead sage today, but everything’s still bright and joyful. What a bizarre, wonderful world out there! Good thing the flowers inspire me, because I’ve got a boatload of bulbs to hide from squirrels plant.

Cheers!

I love this! Absolutely love this. Enjoy!

Mike Adams ~ Secret List Of Food Companies Funding GMO-Labeling Opposition Slush Fund Revealed After Illegal Activities Of GMA Exposed

Thanks, G!

Almost immediately after I took my little walk in the woods during which time I actually did ask plead for Otherworldly assistance to “eradicate GMO’s from the face of our beautiful planet,” the Grocery Manufacturer’s Association (GMA) got caught red-handed running a money laundering slush fund to conceal their identities in opposing I-522 (the Washington State campaign for mandatory GMO labels). [UPDATE: I forgot to add that part of my request specifically included “the unveiling of anyone secretly working for a hidden pro-GMO agenda.”] I’m not saying my time in the woods had anything to do with this, but it wouldn’t be the first time I petitioned and honored the Unseen’s only to find an immediately tangible, “real world” result. In fact, it happens so often that David always says to me, “We need the eggs, dear,” in reference to the following joke:

“My brother thinks he’s a chicken.”

“What?! Why don’t you do something about it?”

“We need the eggs.”

Anyway, Mike Adams frequently ridicules magick, elves and faeries, but, personally, I say, “Hey, whatever works.” Whatever the reasoning behind these corrupt corporations getting caught red-handed, they got caught, and you can read the list of whom to boycott below:

Mike Adams ~ Secret List Of Food Companies Funding GMO-Labeling Opposition Slush Fund Revealed After Illegal Activities Of GMA Exposed

(NaturalNews) As Natural News reported yesterday, the Grocery Manufacturers Association got caught red-handed violating Washington state fair election laws by running a money laundering slush fund designed to conceal the identities of food companies giving money to block I-522.

The CEO of the GMA, Pamela Bailey, reportedly told donors in an email that their identities would be hidden from the public, thereby shielding them from any public backlash even while their money would be used to try to buy the election and defeat GMO labeling (so that consumers would be left in the dark about what they’re buying).

In response to this, the Washington State Attorney General Bob Ferguson accused the GMA of violating state law, and the AG’s office asked a Superior Court to issue restraining order to force the GMA to comply with state election laws.

Just one day after this scandal surfaced, the GMA apparently decided to stop violating the law and disclose the list of companies that funneled money into its secret slush fund. That list is published below. You can also find the list at HeraldNet.com.

It goes without saying that all these companies are now subject to a lifetime boycott. The GMA itself has now destroyed its own credibility by engaging in mafia-style illegal activities that discredit itself as well as all its members. We have now entered an era where food companies will knowingly violate the law in their desperate attempt to block GMO labeling and hide genetically engineered ingredients in their toxic, disease-causing foods.

Secret slush fund donors revealed

The companies that funneled money into the GMA’s money laundering slush fund are:

Abbott Nutrition
Bimbo Bakeries USA
Bruce Foods Corp.
Bumble Bee Foods, LLC
Bunge North America, Inc.
Bush Brothers & Co.
Campbell Soup Co.
Cargill Inc.
Clement Pappas & Co. Inc.
The Clorox Co. (owner of Burt’s Bees brand)
The Coca-Cola Co. (owner of Odwalla)
ConAgra Foods
Dean Foods Co. (owner of Horizon milk)
Del Monte Foods Co.
Flowers Foods, Inc.
General Mills, Inc. (owned of Larabar)
The Hershey Co.
The Hillshire Brands Co.
Hormel Foods Corp.
The J.M. Smucker Co.
Kellogg Co. (owner of Pop-Tarts)
Knouse Foods Cooperative, Inc.
Land O’Lakes, Inc.
McCormick & Co., Inc
Mondelez Global, LLC.
Moody Dunbar, Inc.
Nestle USA, Inc.
Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc.
PepsiCo, Inc. (owner of Naked Juice)
Pinnacle Foods Group, LLC.
Rich Products Corp.
Shearer’s Foods, Inc.
Sunny Delight Beverages Co.
Welch Foods, Inc.

Share this list with others and encourage them to boycott all these brands, too. These are companies that actively participated in an illegal slush fund deception to try to buy the I-522 election by deceiving voters.

That the GMA would actively launch such a slush fund operation just proves that the conventional food industry in America has no ethics whatsoever and will actively pursue illegal activities in order to keep consumers ignorant and confused.

“Cultivating an Inner Life”

I recently joined a book study group with some visionaries, spiritual advisers, organic farmers, permaculture activists, and other “big picture” thinkers from Goshen and nearby Three Rivers, Michigan. I missed the introductory meeting due to an errant email, but tonight we have our first actual book discussion of Carolyn Baker’s “Navigating the Coming Chaos.”

As preparation, we read the Introduction and Chapter 1. I’ve already read much further, but we’ve been asked to answer the following questions related to the Intro and first chapter. Given this book’s powerful message, which aligns so closely with what I try to offer through this blog, through my own life’s expression(s), and during individual sessions, I thought I’d answer the questions here. Although many Transition Towns have leaders actively studying this book, you do not need to be involved in the Transition Movement in order to benefit from it. As the famous Medical Intuitive Caroline Myss says: “What a pleasure it is to endorse a book of this quality and genius. But more to the point, a book of great urgency. I not only recommend this book, I urge you to it.”

So do I.

What was most encouraging about what you read in “Navigating the Coming Chaos”?

In a bizarre way, I feel like I’ve been co-writing a companion volume through my blog. Since my philosophy and experiences dovetail so easily with the book’s premise and message, I began using it as an external checklist of my own internal preparations. So few people have developed strong enough inner lives to be able to look chaos in the face without flinching, running away, numbing themselves or going crazy. I found it encouraging that others recognize the importance of beauty, poetry, mythology, and art as essential to surviving any sort of “long emergency.”

Having gone through my own extensive traumas, including a brain injury microcosm of the societal macrocosm of having all structures forcefully and suddenly stripped away, I’ve long known the importance of cultivating and soothing the soul. Surrounding myself with (and creating my own) art, poetry, culinary delights and sacred spaces immediately transmuted the usual hellish experience of TBI into something mindful, beautiful and deep.

As a teenager, my mom went through multiple severe health crises that forced me to step up as parent to my siblings, house organizer for my dad, and emotional support system for everyone involved. That “long emergency” changed me in irrevocable ways and taught me early on that life as we know it can change in a heartbeat. Support structures we take for granted can disappear and not return unless we ourselves build suitable replacements. If we don’t step into our strength, we can easily drown in the torrents of change. My mom’s health crisis occurred on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual planes. I saw my first demon during that time period and learned to walk protected among some incredibly dark agendas and intentions parading themselves as “helpers.”

As a scared fourteen-year-old pretending to be an atheist so no one would inquire about my inner life, I faced many Dark Nights of the Soul. I devoured ancient philosophy and classical literature, and my “atheist” teenage journals read like devotionals, with my own “hymns” of praise and cries for help as I tried to make sense of my little world gone mad. Those journals examine what it means to be human, how can we find meaning in the midst of chaos, and how do we burn in the fire to become the phoenix rising from its own ashes? I continued this obsession with appearances vs. Reality, alchemy and transmutation, and inner transitions through my college honors thesis on angels in “Paradise Lost,” into my graduate studies, and into the present day.

I’ve sometimes considered my need for beauty as a weakness; however, reading Carolyn Baker’s book, I realize that I just happen to be much more in touch with my soul than most. She explains why humans need to cultivate a strong inner life, and recognizes how the shift away from the inner life actually caused the biggest challenges we face today — whether from government, natural disasters, environmental destruction, economic crises or the seeming inability of the masses to recognize wolves in sheep’s clothing.

Carolyn underscored what part of me already knows: “My perceived weakness is, in truth, my greatest strength.” Recognizing that I need beauty as well as food from my garden; prioritizing ways to offer moments of joy and delight to the traumatized; following and cultivating advice from dreams and daydreams; understanding that my walks in Nature, sacred chants, creation of sacred spaces are truly, deeply necessary — that recognition is a gift, not a character weakness, because these are real, human, healthy needs whose value our dangerously ill society rejects or minimizes to its peril.

What was most troubling?

I initially felt so overwhelmed by the confirmations in this book that I needed to set it down for a few days. For decades, I’ve received premonitions of coming emergencies and the precariousness of our current way of life. I had premonitions before 9/11 and an immediate sense of a darker agenda than the commonly presented story — this at a time when I watched no news and followed no politics. I just knew it was a “false flag” even before I knew that concept or term. I also recognized the massive opening for transformation and growth. The most troubling part of “Navigating the Coming Chaos” is the recognition, in black and white print, that these “random intuitive instructions” I’ve received over the years “to prepare myself for the coming chaos” aren’t so random after all. I’m intrigued, comforted and completely freaked out that someone like Caroline Myss endorses this book, because on the one hand, that’s quite a validation. On the other hand, holy sh!t, that’s quite a validation.

My initial reading of the book also happened to occur when one of the “signs” I had been told would mark a clear indicator of the coming chaos occurred, namely, the shutting off of the EBT cards. That sign has presented itself to me so clearly for so long that I actually had made long-standing promises to myself that I would implement certain things if and when that sign ever occurred. We received a temporary reprieve with the “agreement,” although millions will still face food stamp cuts this coming November 1 because a non-renewed supplementary program expires on Halloween. I experienced the synchronous timing of the EBT failure “test” at the same time I began reading “Navigating the Coming Chaos” as further validation of my intuition and a major nudge to implement my own specific promises to myself in a timely manner.

Once I honored my need to set aside the book for a few days and simply garden, chant (bhakti yoga), paint with Runes, obtain certain supplies, sleep more (to cultivate dream guidance), and nurture myself, I began to experience relief. Point by point, I went through Chapter 1 and realized, “Hey, I’m already doing these things. I’ve been doing them for decades. I’m not crazy or eccentric for valuing such things. I receive excellent guidance through my intuition, prayer and synthesized abilities to intuit and to strategize. What Carolyn calls my ‘Internal Bunker’ is extremely well-stocked.”

While reading the book, I still experience waves of: “Crap! Someone else with an intelligent, intuitive and soulful background sees the same emergencies I do; that means we’re really facing emergencies; this isn’t just me being paranoid.” — but then I feel gratitude that someone else has created a toolkit and personal development guide for people with less well stocked “Internal Bunkers.” Ultimately, the more of us with tools and strength “to face the mess we’re in without going crazy” (to quote Joanna Macy), the better. Together, we can tap into our unique gifts and skills to create something extraordinarily good.

Do you have a favorite quote?

The Rumi poem at the beginning, and the quote from Plotkin’s “Soulcraft”:

“Nature has much to teach us in her vast classroom. You can acquire an entire education merely by observing carefully. But you must be patient and offer your attention, like a lizard stalking a fly. This takes skill, and practice. What you find in nature is what works. It wouldn’t be there if it didn’t. Boundless wisdom awaits.”

What do you intend to DO after reading the intro and chapter one — in the process of Inner Transition?

I intend to continue along my multi-pronged preparation path, which at this point, includes reaching out to local people and organizations to create as strong a community safety net as possible. Although not a focus of the intro and chapter one, these actions flow from long-term, very insistent intuitions, feelings and dream guidance I’ve received, in some cases since childhood, but at least for several years. I find that doing and following through on intuitive nudges results in relief and peace. I have also increased my studies of the Faery Realm, Old Ways, permaculture and magickal self defense.

At the very least, I will know that I have done all that I can do. Spirit, Mother Earth, the Unseen Realms and other humans can meet me halfway or not, but at least I know that I’m fulfilling my end of the bargain. That in itself brings me tremendous peace, comfort and a sense of purpose. I love what I’m learning, and I intend to enjoy the journey, whatever the destination.

The Hopi Prophecy of the Coming 5th Age and Blue and Red Star Kachina’s

Time for this one to go up again, as more and more continues to resonate from this prophecy, including seeing many with empty eyes, empty vessels without spirit or soul. On the flip side, I do see so many people honoring the Earth and returning to the old ways. The split continues, and I still find it ever so interesting that NASA was shut down during the shutdown charade … strange times we live in. This video offers much hope and guidance for those willing to participate in their own shift.

Laura Bruno's Blog

I have to say, I’ve been getting very, very similar messages that those who return to the ancient ways and stay connected to the Earth (i.e. “get grounded; nurture the Earth; honor your Mother”) will not be touched by the coming madness or negative changes. The Hopi prophecies are among the most ancient, and towards the end of this video you’ll find listings of some stunningly accurate predictions that history has documented. I feel a major energy shift brewing — more dramatic than I’ve felt before — so I’m sharing this extended version of the Hopi prophecies, as well as their “Four Easy Steps for Surviving the Earth Changes and All the Prophecies:

1. Keep your eyes open.
2. Let go of fear.
3. Learn all you can.
4. Live your spirituality.”
