About Those Breasts …

First of all, I completely support the right of each person to decide what to do with his or her own body, even if that decision involves medical abuse, belief in treacherous “sickness” care rather than healthcare, or gross misunderstanding of the connections among diet, lifestyle, spirituality, and health. I support an individual’s choice to do what they will to and with their own body, because I want to retain that right for myself.

When I see Congress pushing through not only the Monsanto Protection Act but now trying to make it illegal for states to have their own GMO labeling laws, I get mad. When I see the EU making anything but genetically engineered seed illegal to save, share or sell, I want to scream. When I see armed forces attacking and shutting down innocent Amish farmers for selling or sharing their grass-fed, certified organic raw milk with informed customers or herd-share owners, coupled with the US Dairy industry petitioning the FDA to change the definition of “milk” to include the chemical weapon known as “aspartame” so that they don’t need to label it, I am, frankly, disgusted.

Not as disgusted as I am with the idea of human-hybrid genetically engineered cow milk, or human-hybrid GMO rice, but yes, disgust, outrage and revulsion … the complete gag reflex … are in order here. When talk of “mandatory vaccines” creeps into the conversation, the phrase “over my dead body” almost involuntarily escapes my lips. At the very least, I want to maintain my own rights to my own body even if the Supreme Court disagrees, and so I completely respect Angelina Jolie’s right to choose a “preemptive” double mastectomy and ovary removal due to her expressed fears of a genetic predisposition to cancer.

However … if you are a woman concerned about breast cancer, please do not turn to the mainstream media or Hollywood for the properly programmed response to your own health concerns. I’m not a doctor. I’m not giving medical advice here, but please, please, please educate yourself on alternatives. There are so many options out there, from alternative to preventative to complementary to stories of completely spiritual, spontaneous healings. Dr. Bruce Lipton has proven in scientific studies that DNA does not even offer the last word in healing. The Biology of Belief trumps genetic predisposition to anything. Gregg Braden has also demonstrated the incredible — some would say miraculous — healing power of the Heart. Sunshine and Vitamin D offer natural prevention and a documented cure for cancer. You can read about that here and all over the internet, if you look for it.

People have cured themselves from cancer using raw food, juice fasts, hemp oil, chaga, pau d’arco, meditation, hands on healing, Reiki, and all manner of natural remedies and emotional/spiritual solutions. You can find that information if you seek it … just not on the mainstream news or in traditional medical circles.

In addition to learning about cancer cure options and cancer prevention, please educate yourselves on the corporate shenanigans and pending Supreme Court case related to Angelina Jolie’s timely announcement. Mike Adams of Natural News has written a series of articles detailing not only the futility of lopping off body parts as a guarantee against cancer (which is a systemic illness and imbalance not restricted to any single organ or body part), but he has also revealed the connection between Jolie’s announcement and: attacks on women and their bodies, record profits for the breast cancer gene test, Obamacare funding for this test, and a Supreme Court case deciding the fate of patenting human genes.

Yes, there’s a Supreme Court case deciding the fate of patenting human genes. Does that creep you out as much as it creeps me out? Did you even fathom it was an issue? From Natural News:

“The ACLU and the Public Patent Foundation filed a lawsuit in 2009, challenging the corporate ownership of human genes. Anyone who believes in women’s rights, human rights, civil rights or even the right to eat non-GMO foods should immediately agree that corporations should NOT be able to patent human genes and then use those patents to rake in billions of dollars in profits while stifling scientific research into those genes.

“A question to all women reading this: Do you believe a corporation in Utah owns your body? If not, you should be opposed to corporate ownership of human genes. It also means you should oppose Angelina Jolie’s P.R. campaign because although she’s running a brilliant public relations campaign, behind the scenes her actions are feeding potentially trillions of dollars of profits directly into the for-profit human gene patenting industry that denies human beings ownership over their own genetic code.

“‘The ACLU explains the basics of its lawsuit against Myriad Genetics as follows:

‘On May 12, 2009, the ACLU and the Public Patent Foundation (PUBPAT) filed a lawsuit charging that patents on two human genes associated with breast and ovarian cancer, BRCA1 and BRCA2, are unconstitutional and invalid. On November 30, 2012, the Supreme Court agreed to hear argument on the patentability of human genes. The ACLU argued the case before the U.S. Supreme Court on April 15, 2013. We expect a decision this summer.

‘On behalf of researchers, genetic counselors, women patients, cancer survivors, breast cancer and women’s health groups, and scientific associations representing 150,000 geneticists, pathologists, and laboratory professionals, we have argued that human genes cannot be patented because they are classic products of nature. The suit charges that the gene patents violate the First Amendment and stifle diagnostic testing and research that could lead to cures and that they limit women’s options regarding their medical care.’

“Got that? If the Supreme Court rules against Myriad Genetics, it will cause a multi-billion-dollar breast cancer genetic testing industry to collapse virtually overnight. This means a huge loss for not just Myriad, but also many other human gene corporations that wish to exploit the human body — including the bodies of women — for monopolistic profits. (All patents are government-granted monopolies.) Ultimately, trillions of dollars in corporate gene patents are at stake here.

Patenting human genes is huge business.”

[Laura again:] To put all of this into more of a metaphysical context, today’s primary freedom issues are not just about debt slavery. Yes, the big banks and big corporations currently own our government, our Strawman SS#’s, our income (via taxes) and our property … but at last count, *only* 20% of human genes have been patented. Yes, creepy though that is, we still retain the rights to 80% of our own DNA. If the current trend continues, though, then the big corporations won’t just own all seed (and by extension all food), but they will own every single part of life. The seeds, the water, the air, the land, and most importantly: you. Why do you think they want all that brain mapping? Hint: it’s not to foster excellence. It’s all about control. Mind control. Emotional control. Preemptive criminal profiling. Thought Police. Sound paranoid? It is. And rightfully so. As humans, we are body and soul. An overarching force wants complete control of both. Brave New World and 1984 all rolled into one.

Angelina Jolie, God/dess bless her, has a history of either knowingly or unknowingly shilling for a certain perverted and overarching agenda of control. We live in a world that desperately needs a return of the Divine Feminine, because we live in an impotent patriarchy gone mad. A world run by psychopaths who behave like the very cancer cells they claim to kill. Look at the patterns of Monsanto, Big Banks, Big Government, and Big Pharma — and now, compare Big Brother to the way that cancer spreads. Cancer is an unnatural mutation that does not know when to stop replicating itself. Cancer creates and consumes without restraint and without regard for life itself. Like all parasites, cancer willingly kills its host, because it cannot grasp the fact that by killing the host, it eventually kills itself. Cancer rapidly creates perversions of natural, healthy, balanced cells. Contrast this with Mothers and their willingness to nurture and love their children. Contrast this with the Divine Feminine that nurtures the Land and her children — all her children — into healthy balance.

Breasts and ovaries symbolically represent the creative force made manifest in the female human body. Jolie’s announcement, right after Mother’s Day, and coming at a time when we so desperately need nurturing rather than aggressive preemptive attacks and control (Libya, Syria, Iraq??) … this announcement and the insidious effect it has already had on public opinion makes me very sad.

If you have already had a mastectomy, I mean no condemnation or misunderstanding of your journey. My mom had breast cancer when I was 13 years old, and the domino effects of her journey have deeply shaped my own life. Let’s just say, my cancer survivor mom doesn’t have the only scars from that experience. In 2006, I lost my best friend to breast cancer. She had embarked on a natural program of wheat grass juice and vegan foods and was improving so much that her doctor feared “her toxic chemo wouldn’t take.” At her doctor’s recommendation, Leigh “backed off the wheat grass juice and dietary changes until she finished her course of chemo.” She died within two weeks. My 36-year-old cousin Erin passed last October from metasticized breast cancer treated by all the “newest and best advances” in chemotherapy and radiation. She died with a body and brain full of holes, burns and toxic chemicals, leaving a young daughter and grieving family.

I had my own aggressive breast cancer scare in 2002, which I managed to shift with lifestyles changes and spiritual healing that resulted in a “shockingly benign” lumpectomy. I get it. I know the lines grow blurry when people quote statistics or play on your emotions. I also know that if you’re not ready to make all the necessary lifestyle shifts in the short window available, then some combination of dietary, alternative and traditional medical intervention can extend your life long enough to make the bigger shifts. I have spoken with dozens and dozens of breast cancer survivors as clients and friends, as well as supported clients through the process of dying when, for a variety of reasons, they chose not to invoke any alternatives. The soul continues beyond this body, but they are lovers. We can nurture that relationship or initiate the great divorce. By incarnating, we agree to become spiritual beings having a human experience. I’m simply lobbying that we remember “choice.” I also want to protect the choices we still have by pointing out propaganda, mind control, agendas, disempowerment, misinformation, and emotional blackmail.

I know this article may deeply anger some people, but please know, we are at war for the very survival of the human race. Please take the time to situate Angelina Jolie’s announcement in context of the bigger issues facing our planet and our species. Solutions exist, but these solutions involve a return to Nature, not the further manipulation of humans and Nature into synthetic machines. Alexander Barry places the current dynamic into a spiritual/metaphysical/historical perspective. You can find his videos here. You can also read an earlier article I wrote called “Breast Health: Some Medical Intuitive Observations.” We face extreme challenges, but we came here as souls knowing we had the potential to heal and to create a better world. We have the strength of a Mother’s Love … Mother Earth, all the Mother Goddesses, and the nurturing, loving, mothering aspect in all of us. Let’s love each other. And ourselves. Let’s love our planet.

Blessed Be.

thank you Laura for “mirroring” my own thoughts and feelings about sooo many “creepy” things (for lack of better or 4 letterd words) going on in our world…senseless, stupid, totally completely ridiculous and worst of all Dangerous and Harmful when simple solutions to soooo many challenges exist yet are suppressed so the $$$ continues to land in the pockets of the “greedy sobs”…yak! yap, it indeed gives one a massive gag response….
ok, deep breathing and one last comment: my reaction to cancer prevention by trusting science or should I say limited science??? is just abhorrent! I truly found myself thinking did she really do this, or is she hoping for publicity or what? I was just astounded cuz cancer can grow anywhere in the body and unless steps are taken cutting of a body part will not stop the process….hmmm, I doubt one would want to keep “removing” parts for prevention….there are other ways and those must be found, nurtured and combined by many souls only then can we all be united and truly healed as it was always meant to be; not by chemicals but by nature, god and the power of our own souls….of course there is a place for doctors, yet they never, ever know it all, in emergencies indeed they can save lives, yet they have many limitations and especially so given the facts that today’s medical schools are sooo heavily funded by those who have an agenda and put a lid on independent thinking… sorry, this just pushes so many buttons for me. blessings and love

  4. I am a fellow blogger. Here is what I wrote on my page and also posted to Angelina Jolie’s fanpage.
“I think that every woman has the right to make decisions about her own body. Because of that, I am not being fooled right now by what I feel is a blatant and planned PR stunt by a monopolizing corporation to try to sway a very, very important Supreme Court decision. The bottom line? If they win, then Jolie’s “sacrifice” will have been for nothing, because they will be able to keep the cost of getting this kind of testing so high that it will be out of the reaches of the majority of women. This will mean we all lose because it will open the door to other patents being placed on human genes. As sick as this is, it is equivalent to an eventual ownership of our bodies, the very bodies we have the sole right to. No corporation should be allowed to do that. 5. Doctors seem to have the answer to everything. Mine said if I go off medication I might feel better at first, but not in the long run. I am so drugged, and fear keeps me here. I cannot let go of science even if I hate it so. I want to believe that the goodness of humanity will make things right. To believe I am not just a test subject. I do not want to live in the Big Brother world, so I choose to believe Doctors really want to make me better, and they are not just trying out different drugs on me.

Thank you for posting this article. When I heard about Jolie’s decision, my immediate thoughts were, “That seems rather extreme,” and “What’s to stop cancer from starting in any other part of the body?”

Rodger: I remember Mrs Reagan going with a double masectomy while in the White House, she is still living. Angeli Jolie seems to be trying to preempt a family genetic predisposition that took her mother at an early age. I wish her success in defeating this cancer curse.
Having lost a few relatives in my life to this curse, I understand how one would try anything to defeat it.

That’s just my point: if someone would “try anything to defeat it,” then why are the (known to be successful) alternatives being suppressed, not mentioned or otherwise overlooked? Due to medical and Big Pharma propaganda many people will try “anything BUT preventative, dietary and/or alternative treatments.” It’s beyond illogical. It’s a tragedy.

If companies were really so concerned about the cancer rates, they would also stop trying to poison us with unlabeled GMO’s, chemtrails, higher legal radiation levels, fracking, oil spills, uses for toxic wastes like fluoride, etc., etc. Cancer is big business. They persecute doctors who offer cures, tying them up in court for a decade or running them out of the US.

“Would try anything” too often translates to “would try anything sanctioned by those who are lining my pocket or who have terrified me into following their program.” That’s not freedom of choice. That’s extortion. It’s not improved quality of life and an empowered example. It’s just sad.

  8. Thanks for all the insightful comments here. I do know that many doctors care deeply about their patients. The medical schools in the US are just all pretty much Rockefeller owned, which means the education received follows the BigPharma, extreme surgery line.

  9. On a more positive note … not directly related, but related in the sense that the IRS will be the primary enforcers for the so-called Affordable Care Act, which favors Big Pharma and the patenters of human genetics … this speech occurred yesterday to a standing ovation in the House of Representatives: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=vCjssK-i4Mg#!

At least some people in positions of influence are asking the difficult questions and demanding answers…

  10. Thanks for speaking up about this. It’s a complicated issue, and we don’t have the right to judge her decision-an 87% chance of cancer is damn close to 100-but I do have mixed feelings about AJ going public with her choice. I also wonder if there is a hidden agenda (Angie’s or the NWOs) beyond wanting fans and critics alike to know she didn’t just get implants for cosmetic reasons. (She’s spoken before about being pro-natural aging and anti-plastic surgery, and an eternally youthful bosom will certainly be noticeable, especially as time goes on.)

  11. There’s also some question if that 87% statistic is at all accurate. It’s just unfortunate all the way around, and particularly disturbing in relationship to the major political and commercial interests at stake. Her timing adds more layers to an already controversial subject that should normally be a private, informed decision, not one peer-pressured or media pressured as being “the brave choice.” There are MANY brave choices. Choosing to take responsibility for one’s own health and exploring all options is a brave choice. If AJ did so honestly, and this was her conclusion, as I said, I can respect that because I’d want the same respect afforded to me. But the way this is playing out, and the perfect timing of it all just feels really icky all the way around.

Perhaps I misspoke; I never thought you were judging, Laura – what i said before was more a reminder to myself, or maybe I was using the “royal we”. (: Today at the store, though, I was shocked to see magazine after magazine with Brave Angie or Supportive Brad on the cover, and I’m thinking, “How could this happen so fast?” — as if the media machine was poised and waiting to “report” this story, each parroting a single, medicine-is-god perspective on something that, to me, makes no sense being a public conversation in the first place. Sigh. Time for another news fast…

God bless you Laura for always having the courage to tell the truth. Feels to me like we are on the precipice of a very big tipping point — except that it doesn’t feel like the balance is tipping the way I would like…. It. Is beyond sad the way so many are manipulated by all the lies.
