Time Keeps On Slippin’ … Into the Future!

I awoke this morning with “Time keeps on slippin’, slippin’, slippin’ … into the future…” running through my head on a non-stop loop. “I want to fly like an eagle…” Some kundalini yoga chants got rid of it for a little while, but now it’s back with a vengeance demanding that I type. As we cross the threshold of 2012 into 2013, it strikes me that time is, indeed, slippin’, slippin’, slippin’ … into a future many people wondered if we’d ever see. With all the doomsday predictions, movies and “prophecies,” a major pause seemed to hang over the end of 2012. I put “prophecies” in quotes because the Mayans never predicted the end of the world, but rather the end of the Old World. Big difference.

According to the Mayans and many other indigenous cultures, 2012 marked the final transition from one age into another –from an age of deception, selfishness and abuse of the Earth to an age of openness, community and restoration of the Earth and our relationship with her. Whether you follow mainstream or alternative news streams, this so-called shift to a positive new age might strain credulity. Take your pick between the over-hyped “fiscal cliff” and “lone shooter” scare tactics from mainstream sources, or the Chicken Little “sky is falling, they can pry my guns from my cold dead fingers” alternative media. You can play selective three monkeys (“see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil — of my chosen trained monkey political party”), driving a further wedge between you and your neighbor, between “the progressive Agenda 21 whores and gun grabbers” vs. “the racists, misogynists, and greedy, rotten scoundrels” but –honestly — how good does that feel? Ancient prophecies aside, do you really want to carry that radioactive, toxic sludge into the New Year?

Because you don’t have to.

In a world of all possibilities, we can as individuals and as little pockets in society, invent a higher, middle ground. In addition to The Steve Miller Band, I’ve had some other persistent concepts run across my brain today, one of them being the creation of intentional paths. I’m actively reading four books right now, and playing reading roulette with several others. “Gaia’s Garden” and “The Four Season Harvest” both discuss soil building and the importance of building pathways into your garden. In the rush to get the most out of every spot, people often try to over-plant, causing them to over-reach and making garden maintenance less pleasant and more labor intensive on the body. Even worse, a lack of deliberate paths can cause people to step on the soil where plants are trying to grow, and that heavy weight disrupts the soil ecosystem by compacting it and removing much needed oxygen and hydration paths. Even if the gardener avoids the visible plants, the delicate root system below can become compromised, resulting in mysteriously less abundant growth. The solution? Heavily mulching planned pathways that allow easy access to and enjoyment of the garden from multiple angles.

We can apply this wisdom to our own “Garden of Eden” visualizations for a blessed and easier life on Earth and in our communities: remember to make these visions accessible! Create clear pathways that allow easy access to Life’s improvements. Sweeping, sterile generalities and platitudes produce less fruit than carefully tended ideas and intentions that we can get close to. Starting on the individual and local community level makes a lot of sense, especially since the energies of 2013 support these “smaller” steps. The idea of “be the change” takes on new meaning when it moves beyond “sending love to everyone around the world” to include tangible, deliberate, loving actions in daily life. Each action step in the direction of individual sovereignty and sustainable community, no matter how small that step, links us into a larger, planetary and cosmic ecosystem. When we create well-worn paths, others can join us without damaging the tender new growth. By building pathways/opportunities for imitation and joint projects, we all benefit. Working with Nature and with the natural energies of the times, we allow ourselves to go with the positive flow, resulting in less work and a larger, healthier “harvest.”

After reading about intentional path creation in both “Gaia’s Garden” and “The Four Season Harvest,” I meditated on Colette Baron-Reid’s “The Wisdom of Avalon Oracle Deck” and asked for an important focus of 2013. I pulled “The Deer: gentleness, diplomacy”:

“When the Deer appears, it’s a reminder to step gently on the path, for you’re walking into a time when gentle movements and diplomacy are required. The Deer’s strength is in this quality. Make it your own, and know that your steps are successfully assured.

“It’s important that you be gentle with yourself as well, for you may be headed into a period where you’re unsure of your footing, or just coming out of a difficult situation.

“Blend your personal energy with the Deer’s energy of gentleness and diplomacy. Walk softly, and the way forward will be smooth. And remember … never mistake gentleness for weakness in yourself or in others.”

Gentleness and diplomacy can apply in all areas. We think of deer as graceful creatures, seeing them sometimes solitary and often in groups. They move within Nature, below our usual perceptions. A deer in the “wrong place at the wrong time” can cause great damage to itself and others, but as a general rule, deer walk silently and carefully on well-worn paths. As we ourselves enter the Unknown — symbolized in fairy tales by the deep, dark forest — we can tune in and follow Nature’s lead. Unlike all the manufactured reality online or onscreen, Nature embraces cycles of time that live more in the Now and also with an effortless future sustainability. Nature wastes nothing –fallen leaves become fertilizer and mulch; plant guilds sustain each other through symbiotic relationships; entire ecosystems arise and morph as each participant serves several roles and functions. We can re-learn how to connect with Nature, and this reconnection process will help us deal with whatever internal or external challenges we face in 2013.

Finding and creating deliberate paths to abundance, sustainability, community and enough food for all brings positive intentions into real world manifestation. The Law of Attraction means working with the natural flow from Source/God/Goddess/the Universe/the All that Is. No matter what you call it, we can all tap into this power, but it will express itself differently in each of us. Just as a natural ecosystem has multiple roles and niches for each participant, we can re-learn how to recognize where we might offer just the right knowledge, skill, enthusiasm or piece of property. We can re-learn to recognize the gifts in others instead of seeing them as Other.

In a world of all possibilities, we can easily choose to self-destruct. The media and power structures pulling media and governmental strings would love to see us fail, but guess what? Nature always bats last. If we tune ourselves into the natural rhythms and cycles of nature and walking with gentleness and diplomacy in the deep, dark Unknown, we will each find our place. Some of the invasive species on our planet — the ones devouring resources and trying to control every aspect of our lives — will drop out of the ecosystem. Once we find ourselves and our place as individuals and on the local level, those local communities will begin to expand and radiate health. Isolated pockets of sanity and sustainability will gradually merge into each other until we have more healing and positive reinforcements than not on this planet. It’s already happening, but we can amplify these effects by studying Nature and emulating her wisdom.

Which brings me back to today’s earworm:

Fly Like An Eagle (Lyrics by Steve Miller)

“Time keeps on slippin’, slippin’, slippin’
Into the future
Time keeps on slippin’, slippin’, slippin’
Into the future

I want to fly like an eagle
To the sea
Fly like an eagle
Let my spirit carry me
I want to fly like an eagle
Till I’m free
Oh, Lord, through the revolution

Feed the babies
Who don’t have enough to eat
Shoe the children
With no shoes on their feet
House the people
Livin’ in the street
Oh, oh, there’s a solution

I want to fly like an eagle
To the sea
Fly like an eagle
Let my spirit carry me
I want to fly like an eagle
Till I’m free
Fly through the revolution

Time keeps on slippin’, slippin’, slippin’
Into the future
Time keeps on slippin’, slippin’, slippin’
Into the future
Time keeps on slippin’, slippin’, slippin’
Into the future
Time keeps on slippin’, slippin’, slippin’
Into the future

I want to fly like an eagle
To the sea
Fly like an eagle
Let my spirit carry me
I want to fly like an eagle
Till I’m free
Fly through the revolution

Time keeps on slippin’, slippin’, slippin’
Into the future
Time keeps on slippin’, slippin’, slippin’
Into the future”

Goodbye 2012 and Hello 2013! Happy New Year!

James Gilliland ~ Dealing with the Multilevel Shift

Some important reminders for anyone who sometimes gets knocked off course (and who doesn’t?!). We live in a multi-dimensional and multilevel world with all sorts of influences, both seen and unseen. Since most people contact me when they can’t figure out the influence, I observe the effects of all sorts of unseen influences every single day. As consciousness grows, more people will be able to untangle themselves from external triggers, but sometimes it just helps to remember such things exist! When we relax from judging ourselves that we don’t have our acts completely, totally, consistently together, then we can more easily recognize what’s “ours” and what belongs to someone or something else. “Return to sender” becomes an option, as does “Oh! That’s all this is? Well! I can find ways to deal with that.” Remembering our interconnectedness helps us to feel … connected … less isolated and dis-integrated. When we remember our wholeness and our place in this wild, beautiful world, we grow stronger. We heal.

Thanks to Lucas for pointing out this article.

James Gilliland ~ Dealing with the Multilevel Shift

It is now common knowledge we live in an electric universe yet lets take it further to say we live in a conscious universe where everything is connected and affected sometimes instantaneously. There are influences daily many unseen affecting our daily lives. There are planetary influences and alignments, massive Gamma and Xray blasts from other systems as well as energies coming in from other dimensions. We are multidimensional beings with mental, emotional, astral, etheric, and higher spiritual bodies. The consciousness, light and energies coming from all levels affect the entire vibrational continuum. Changes in consciousness, “Cause”, affect everything down to the physical. Incoming light and energy also have an effect as well as magnetic energies due to planets, suns and our relationship to galactic core. Solar flares, CMEs coronal mass ejections have the greatest impact on our bioelectric fields, weather, earthquake and volcanic activity. Watch the activity of the sun and observe your own emotional state during solar flares. People ride the highs and lows of the waves with emotional outbursts, agitation, followed by lethargy. These releases of energy including the Earth’s pisoelectric waves during major quakes can even make people sick, feel disoriented, dizzy, have muscle or joint pain and heart palpations. Many sensitives use their bodies as tools for divination.

Something not taken into account is what this is doing to other levels or dimensions; which also affect this dimension. The astral level is in the process of extreme transformation. The lower levels of the astral level have some very confused, controlling, manipulating entities. They feed on base attitudes and emotions on this level. Fear, guilt, anger, beliefs in separation, agitation all can be felt as ones own emotions when actually they are coming from other levels. These are unseen negative influences yet we can also be influenced by the attitudes and emotions of those around us in the physical. Those in the physical with hitchhikers astral beings connected to them can create a serious impact on those around them. Now before I loose a few people it is good to remember being enlightened means being in knowledge of all levels of influence. Self-mastery is mastery over all levels and maintaining your own self-authority. The self I am referring to is your God/Creator/Spirit self. Self-mastery means mastering your emotions, unseen negative influences, becoming the observer of self and your environment. This is why the Masters, Saints and Sages, enlightened monks, Yogis and Lamas maintain their bliss and clarity of mind in any situation. They do not abandon logic or critical thinking even when it comes to observing themselves.

These masters are not swayed by emotional influence a tool used by the mainstream media and the controllers to direct the masses. They see through the problem, reaction, solution program, knowing the real solution is to know who the puppet masters are—seen and unseen, their agenda and the true source of the problem. On a more personal level they are aware of how other influences seen and unseen are trying to affect them. This includes unseen negative influences working through those closest to them, family, lovers and friends. These are the hardest influences to overcome due to the bonds upon which these influences can travel. The ultimate goal is to be sovereign. Learn loving detachment and how to heal unseen negative influences. Keeping a constant vigil on ones own energies, feelings, and emotions is the best path to maintaining ones love, joy and bliss. Observing how you feel in the presence of others, changes in environments, etc. also help one on their path to self-mastery. The more you simplify, the more you can get out in nature, the more you pray and meditate even if the intention is to master self the more mastery you will have over seen and unseen influences. There will be a host of reasons why we cannot do these things yet those very reasons are why most are in the state they are in. It is time to reevaluate our lives, how our actions affect others and nature, and do so with brutal honesty. Our minds and intellects can validate any behavior yet when we find the silence of the soul we realize we might have become a little integrity challenged. Remember, become the observer, be aware of how the energies of others and changes in environment affect you. Most of all learn how to heal unseen negative influences and maintain your own self authority. Within the heart of hearts of all humanity is a loving, joyous, powerful manifesting God/Goddess. It is the spark awaiting to ignite into the full flame. Make this your intention. Be well,

Here are tools and understandings for healing unseen negative influences. These are covered in the books, Reunion with source and Becoming Gods available at www.eceti.org

When Fiction Becomes Life ~ Schizandra Update

I continue to receive emails from enthusiastic readers of Schizandra and the Gates of Mu ~ readers wondering when I’ll release the next book in the series. The short answer is: I don’t know, but I’m leaning towards never. The longer answer follows:

In 2010, I alluded to a strange situation in which everything I started writing in Book 2 began to manifest almost instantly in my life. If a character developed a health issue, one or more new clients contacted me with that exact health issue within 24 hours. If I created a situation for tension and plot advancement, that situation (or an obvious derivative of it) appeared in my own life. Some “real” but faraway people on whom characters in Book 1 and Book 2 were loosely based suddenly blasted through the comfortable separation of years, re-inserting themselves firmly in my reality.

I had been participating in NaNoWriMo during November 2009, writing thousands of words per day for the first two weeks. By the beginning of week 3, the lines between fiction and life had blurred so much that I decided to regroup. I shelved the manuscript, but the synchronicity and reordering continued. Writing Book 2 opened Pandora’s Box. By February 2010, I found myself having filed for divorce and moved to Chicago. And there, the real adventures began …

Prior to moving to Chicago, I thought it was Book 2 that carried such strange power. Now, nearly three years later, I see that Book 1 has also manifested in major ways. When I first wrote Schizandra and the Gates of Mu, I knew little about many of the background topics. I researched, researched, researched for the book, but oddly enough, people who know me now and read the novel wonder if I wrote it as an autobiography. “Those characters are so you! And the crystals! Madison?!” Here’s the deal: when I wrote Book 1, I had never been to Madison and had no intentions of ever moving there. I had lived in Chicago and Sedona but had no intentions of relocating again to either of those places either. My divorce landed me, through a series of overwhelming synchronicities, not in Evanston, IL as I had planned, but in Hyde Park, Chicago where Schizandra lived with her now-deceased father. Nine months later, another series of undeniable synchronicities resulted in me moving to Madison –home of Schizandra’s eccentric spinster aunts, Rosemary and Lobelia.

In Book 2, I introduce Schizandra as having particularly good matchmaking abilities ~ perhaps the easiest of her gifts for society to accept. Schizandra and the Gates of Mu itself played a curiously persistent role in getting me together with David, who, coincidentally, had lived in Madison for many years and met me due to a tightly woven tapestry of synchronicities surrounding my living in Hyde Park. Even odder? Since he and I moved in as housemates and eventually got together, I learned that he has two spinster aunts, one tall and thin, like Rosemary, and one shorter and stockier, like Lobelia. Whereas my characters were reflexologists from Madison, David’s aunts are liberal nurses who use homeopathy! The last chapter I wrote in Book 2, before all the Pandora’s Box events occurred, has Schizandra encountering a bald giant in the desert. David shaves his head.

Then there’s the whole Shazzie connection. My (now) dear friend Shazzie of UK raw food fame, was relatively unknown to me at the time I began Schizandra. She and I became friends largely because of events surrounding the writing and releasing of Schizandra. The events themselves are far too strange to share, but suffice to say, Shazzie/Schizandra matchmakes friends as well. 🙂

No telling of Schizandra synchroncities would be complete without mentioning portal doors. Yes, Book 2’s outline has Schizandra painting portal doors at her grandmother’s house in Sedona. As soon as I shelved the manuscript in late 2009, the first of my doors appeared. I painted them into portals, and then, when I moved to Chicago, doors continued to find me. My friends Wendy and Matthew found door number 3, and then I learned from my apartment’s maintenance man that my bedroom was directly under The Motherload of Doors. Not knowing why, the building’s owner had ordered management (years prior) to save the doors. My maintenance guy immediately recognized my portals as the mysterious reason for saving them when everything else in the attic got thrown away.

In retrospect, I love how life reordered itself at the stroke of a keyboard. Some things took longer to undo and redo, but I find myself incomprehensibly happier, more grounded and delighted in life than when I began Book 2. (Or Book 1, for that matter!) I find myself surrounded by people I love in a community I love, living in a magical home filled with portal doors, crystals, Rune-coded paintings, Tarot cards and faeries. I have all but completely extricated myself from any undesired tangles, and I love my life’s trajectory. I love my life!

Because I love this life, and due to the obvious (to me and others) interconnections between this life and the Schizandra series, I feel extremely reluctant to tip over the chess board and begin anew. After “summoning” past ghosts of characters into flesh and blood, it took quite a lot of effort to re-extricate myself from people I had left behind. Given the now-recognized correspondence between people I didn’t know at the time of writing but do now know and love, I also feel cautious about putting those characters through the conflicts and challenges necessary to move a plot forward. What if the fictional health crises and dangers bleed through into my loved ones’ lives? I know it sounds nuts, but the instant manifestations of Book 2 were pretty freaky to all involved.

Writing Book 1 took a massive toll on my body, mind and spirit. It felt like an Initiation, complete with a descent into the Underworld, relinquishing all my old life, near death encounters, and fighting through the Shadows. I love the results, but having reached a happy still-point on the other side, I find myself wanting to leave all the pieces and people in their place, free to live and love without my fictional influence and orchestration.

Will I write another novel? Probably. I feel one percolating now, and I’m excited about its possibilities. Will I write another Schizandra novel? Probably not. I don’t like to say “never,” because “never” usually means “I will.” Would all fiction bleed through like Schizandra and her crew do? Maybe so. That’s why any fiction I write will include those things I most want to experience, in places I’d love to go, with characters who aren’t attached in any way to people from the past whom I may not wish to summon. I know I’m not the only one who experiences such things (1111 words right then!). Ponder “The Neverending Story,” Bruce Lipton’s “Biology of Belief” or Heisenberg’s Uncertainty Principle: we live in a highly dynamic, interactive world in which instant manifestation from thought can and does occur. With creation comes responsibility. May we all love and create well … honoring those times when we feel “enough is enough” and building new paradigms as Love and Life inspire us.

Peace!

Some Thoughts on the End of 2012

Most people seem to have opted for a gradual awakening process, which means the changes and quickening will continue. Although some people have expressed disappointment that we didn’t see more “dramatic” demonstrations of shift — massive earthquakes(?), a completely new reality a la Munchkinland, a sudden reversal in the percentage of honest government officials to criminals, prosperity packages, and/or shiny, new crystalline bodies for all — in my observations as a Life Coach, sustained, step-by-step changes actually tend to be the easiest to assimilate.

In other words, please don’t despair that because the world didn’t end on 12/21/12, you’ll somehow be stuck with the old forever. Um, no. Not so! I hear daily from people around the world about how many longed for shifts have finally begun to happen in their lives. I hear daily from people around the world that the old standby’s of life have suddenly disappeared. Change is definitely occurring on the individual level, and as more and more individuals lock in their shifts, we will see more change in the structures around us. Yes, those who would love to stay in control have some devious plans, but a lot of us have some wonderful, imaginative, healing and expansive plans. We’ve got the dominant energy of the times on our side and the creative spark of the Divine.

Just a reminder that we have only three days left in 2012, and thus three days left of the December Specials. Here they are for anyone else you’d like some extra support during these twisty-turny times:

DECEMBER SPECIALS

We’ve finally arrived at this long-awaited month! Will we see a dramatic, obvious shift, or just a subtle opening and movement into the new? Will we experience a dimensional rift, major Earth changes, or a new, individual karmic set-point? Financial collapse or 5D living? In a world of all possibilities, any and all of these scenarios may occur, depending on your vibration and dominant energies. I designed this month’s specials to offer deeper awareness and understanding of your current energies and vibrational offerings so that you can tweak things as needed to support your desired outcome(s).

$99.99 TAROT READING

Nines represent completion, and as we near the end of a long cycle on planet Earth, we can move in a spiral rather than just a circle. Having completed this level of awareness, we can use all we’ve learned to open, expand, and begin anew.

Tarot Readings offer some of the easiest and most tangible snapshots of your current energy — the themes, attitudes, archetypes and situations hovering around you. Tarot does not predict the future in the sense that your future is already set in stone; rather, through synchronicity, a Tarot Reading offers a glimpse of what situations you’ve begun to attract through your dominant thoughts, emotions and energies.

If you like what you see, the cards offer unbiased affirmation that you’re on the right path. If you don’t like what you see, interpretation of the cards and their relationship to each other allows you to shift your energy and focus to sidestep issues that might otherwise have blindsided you. Careful reading of the cards can also help you amplify intentions and maximize the positive potential of relationships and circumstances. Some scientists consider December 2012 a time in which our realities will literally peel away from each other, sorting themselves based on vibration, intention and attention. This $99.99 Tarot Reading offers greater clarity about where you are and where you’re headed if your energy remains on its current trajectory.

Save $11.01 off the regular $111 hour-long Tarot Reading rate if purchased on or before December 31, 2012. Please contact me to schedule.

45-MINUTE ASCENSION READING FOR $133

People keep contacting me about possible “Ascension Symptoms,” wondering if they have a severe medical disorder or are simply feeling the intensifying energies of 2012. I am not a doctor, so this Medical Intuitive check-in does not replace regular medical care, diagnosis or treatment. Rather, I’ve designed this 45-Minute session to share whatever factors I see influencing your bizarre 2012 experiences — unresolved karmic issues, sudden dietary shifts, solar flares, environmental toxins, and/or potential routes your body could take. I will use my Medical Intuitive awareness and Soul Reading ability to help you decode your body’s messages as they relate to your soul’s journey.

I don’t normally offer 45-Minute Readings, so this fills the gap between 30-minute ($90) and hour-long ($175) sessions. I find that people undergoing integration lifetimes and Ascension Symptoms tend to want more than a half-hour of discussion but still appreciate some savings. Here’s your chance. Offer valid if purchased on or before 12/31/12. Please contact me to schedule.

HolyDay Cheer

A few videos to share some HolyDay Fun:

Lydia the Fairy Scientist reminds me of myself as a little girl around Christmas. I used to do the same kinds of scientific experiments and documentation for visiting reindeer, Santa, elves, and the history of Saint Nicolas. I had notebooks, encyclopedias, magnifying glasses and everything! Poor Lydia has a very stuffy nose, but I appreciate her careful research and open mind. 😉

I saw this dwarf video this past summer and was so happy to find it again tonight:

And lastly, a magical rendition of “Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy” played on a glass harp:

Merry Christmas and Happy HolyDays!

Michele Geyer ~ Winter Solstice 2012: Holding Sacred Space

Today’s post comes from my lovely faery and Ireland loving friend, Michele Geyer of the Energetic Connection:

Winter Solstice 2012: Holding Sacred Space

Can you fathom how many people around the world held sacred space yesterday?

Most who believe this year’s Solstice event is about shifting-up and embracing higher frequencies continue to resonate and sustain intentions for global change beyond what our minds can even imagine.

At the very least, these same people are holding sacred space throughout the weekend.

Do you know the premise of the “Hundredth Monkey?”

If not, it goes something like this: every single person holding a positive thought or state of being will affect at least 100 other people.

Sages and visionaries can affect millions with one thought vibration.

All angelic support, ET’s and otherworldly beings aside, the sheer potential of our human power to effect change is infinite.

Even if the 2012 prophecies are (were) not true, consider this:

If 100,000 people held an expanded vibration yesterday, 10 million others were affected by this wave of energy.

Think about it: in the US alone, there are 285 cities with populations over 100,000, which means it only takes one US city to encourage, elicit and evoke change in 10 million people.

If nothing else, we created an event with our intentions!

Here’s a little something from co-founder of Findhorn, Eileen Caddy’s “still small voice within.” Her messages were originally shared over the 40 years before her death in 2006.

Tap The Source of Universal Power and Use It At All Times

Affirm that what you desire is yours no matter what it is, or how seemingly
unattainable it may appear to be humanly, then believe it is yours and expect it to
come about. But let Me remind you again, never allow a moment of doubt in to mar this picture which you are holding in your so called imagination, simply accept that imaginations are realities and forces of unseen elements. That you are
learning to work with these higher forces in life, that the power of the spirit is yours
when you claim it as yours and put it into practice. Day by day let your consciousness expand so you are working from those higher realms all the time and you see
demonstrated in your life the seemingly impossible made possible. Tap this source of universal power and use it at all times.

Happy Solstice!

Solstice

In a World of All Possibilities …

In a world of all possibilities, with nothing actually settled or stagnant, I choose to empower those timelines and those revelations most empowering to Love, Freedom, Abundance, Joy and sheer Relief for the Highest Good of All. I see tears of joy, not pain. I feel celebration, not despair. I see reunion, hear laughter. Hope remains. May it be so.

May it be so across this Earth and across this Galaxy. May we each ignite with our Divine spark of creation only those realities that we choose to accept. May we remember our power to change our world by infusing the creative Power of our Imagination with full-blown heart-love, knowing that nothing is impossible with the immense love available to all of us at all times and timelines. May it be so.

In a world where all time is Now, in which past, present and future all meld into one cosmic soup of creative expression, I choose to empower the eternal Now that heals, reveals and awakens awe. I choose to receive Grace, and to live in a world that allows for miracles. A world in which impossible things take place all the time because we remember how to make it so.

May there be peace. May there be love. May there be freedom on all levels. May it be so.

Abraham-Hicks: The Emotional Guidance Scale

I have referenced tools given by Abraham-Hicks many times, but as we enter a phase where vibration especially matters, I wanted to share their Emotional Guidance Scale. So many clients ask me how they can possibly get to Passion and Joy when they just feel generally filled with Doubt, Anger, Depression or Boredom. One of the brilliant messages of Abraham is to follow a step-by-step process up the emotional ladder. No, most people really can’t move immediately from Despair to Joy/Appreciation/Empowered/Freedom/Love in a single leap … but if they keep reaching for the next best feeling up the ladder, they will eventually climb out of that Despair, out of that Anger, moving further into Hopefulness, Optimism and all the way up.

This process reminds me of Kundalini Yoga instructor Gurumukh’s comment in one of her yoga DVD’s: “Wherever you are, start there. Because if you don’t start somewhere, then you’ll be nowhere. So we must start wherever we are.”

If you find yourself struggling or concerned that you’re not radiating bliss 24/7 prior to 12/21/12, please don’t worry about it. Just do the best you can in each moment. Awakening remains a completely personal process. You can inspire others or allow yourself to be inspired, drag people down, or allow yourself to be dragged down, but ultimately, the moment-by-moment choices happen inside of you. Each of you. You can’t “do” it for anyone else, but you absolutely can do it for yourself. A little extra consciousness of how you feel during and after your interactions with people, situations and ideas will help you to assess if you’re moving in the direction you’d like to go.

We live in a world with very few positive examples of wise, compassionate and just use of Power. With all the abuses by parents, advertisers, corporations, banks, governments, priests and others in whom we’ve unwisely invested our own power, we can easily accept the message that all power is bad power. “The Love of Money is the root of all Evil, so just give it all to us…. All power corrupts and Absolute Power corrupts Absolutely, so just let us handle that. We wouldn’t want you to corrupt yourselves. Some banks are too big to fail, and some institutions are simply too important to prosecute.” 😉

According to the Emotional Guidance Scale, though, “Empowered” ranks right up top with Joy, Appreciation, Freedom and Love. This is our natural, unmanipulated state — most closely connected to the Divine expressing itself through us. If you want to know how to spend this end of an age, I suggest spending it climbing up the emotional ladder. If that means joining and celebrating with friends, do that. If it means recognizing that you are not a victim but instead a learning creature, do that. If it means committing to the next step of your hopes and dreams, do that. If it means embracing your own creativity, do that. If it means radiating love and bliss 24/7, by all means, have at it!

Ask and It Is Given: Learning to Manifest Your Desires” by Abraham, Jerry and Esther Hicks offers many practical exercises and explanations. One tool that really helps people to “start wherever you are” is the Emotional Guidance Scale.

“There is no one giant step that does it. It’s a lot of little steps.” ~Peter A. Cohen

As we enter a phase of super-amplified energies, taking little steps in the direction of your choice means amplifying your intentions loud and clear. “Ask and it is given.” Intend and receive. Your momentum will increase, and you can reach further than you may have ever imagined possible. Forget the sky. There are no limits unless you choose to accept them.

I will leave you with the Adi Mantra chanted before a kundalini yoga session: “Ong Namo, Guru Dev Namo” ~ meaning, “I call upon Divine Wisdom.” “I bow to that infinite creative wisdom that resides within my true Self.” You can do it, because you are it!

The Emotional Guidance Scale

1. Joy/Appreciation/Empowered/Freedom/Love
2. Passion

(Tough) Love and (Wake-Up) Light

Wow, the intensity as we approach the Dark Rift of our Galaxy is palpable. Besides sessions, I find myself alternately sleeping and praying. There is just. So. Much. Energy. If the desperation of the Powers that Be/Soon to be Were is any indication, then we really do fight with powers and principalities, cloaked in the costumes and characters of 3Dality.

It always surprises me when otherwise rational, loving and reasonably aware people start spouting trance-speak regarding current events. Having not voluntarily watched any television for all but two years since 1991, I forget that one reason I can do this intuitive work stems from natural gifts … but that the other reason comes from not routinely subjecting myself to tell-LIE-vision.

In the interest of public service and in the hopes of some news viewers recognizing the religious pomp and substitute spirituality that allow media to create their truth, I’m sharing this post by Jon Rappoport. Those people committed to media brainwashing will dismiss his words, but those people who’ve begun to go hmmmm may finally have some gears click into place. No time like the present to reclaim your own reality creation powers. Someone snuck into your brain and hid ’em, but I promise you, they’re still available for your own use — if you claim them. We are each more powerful than the media and Hollywood give us permission to imagine. When are we going to reclaim our own mental, emotional and spiritual sovereignty? As soon as we do that, we’ll find the physical blessings, too.

[Update: I put this as a comment in response to some other comments, but I’m bumping that response up here in case people don’t read the comments:

Just to clarify, I’m not a gun owner myself. I much prefer to create a non-violent reality and rely on Love, magick, Law of Attraction and intuition. I agree that looking at the Shadow side of ourselves is important. So is focusing on a world in which we all have access to our own creative powers and feel the natural abundance and love that would normally be the dominant vibration on this planet without psychotropic drugs, mind control and carefully censored history and “news.” On the other hand, living in an interim reality where the *only* people with access to guns are criminals and psychopaths doesn’t feel real warm and fuzzy.

My point in posting the Jon Rappoport wasn’t as a pro-gun or anti-gun stance, but rather because I thought he gave a good description of *how* the media molds and shapes the generally kind and good hearts of its viewers into specific agendas meant to disempower people. Hopelessness, fear and despair are not empowering emotions. Anger is sometimes the appropriate response to abuses of power. Getting stuck in anger? No. But saying no more to lies can be a strong act of Love. Power TO, not power over.

The answer IS a spiritual awakening so that people are not feeling like they need to give their power away to reality creators outside themselves. There are many more options than guns or no guns, media version of truth or “conspiracy theory” … My intention in sharing this post was to show some of the “how” and patterns of manipulation so that people can immediately recognize them and then choose for themselves. If you’re already choosing proactively for yourselves, rather than being swept along in a fear tide, then this post wasn’t for you. There are Lightworkers and Lightwarriors. Most of the time their work is similar, but not always. Peace, love and blessings, Laura]

How the Newtown massacre became a Mind-Control television event

Mind control. Mass hypnosis. Operant conditioning. Brain entrainment. That’s what we’re talking about here.

We’re so conditioned to how television covers life that we rarely step back and take notice.

In the case of massive disasters and crimes, network news rules the roost.

First, the premiere anchors, who are managing editors of their own broadcasts, give themselves the go signal. They will leave their comfortable chairs and travel to the scene of crime. “It’s that big.”

The anchors lend gravitas. Their mere presence lets the audience know this story trumps all other news of the moment. That’s the first hypnotic cue and suggestion.

Of course, the anchors were not in Newtown, Connecticut, as reporters. They weren’t there to dig up facts. Their physical presence at the Sandy Hook School and in the town was utterly irrelevant.

They could have been doing their newscasts from their studios in New York. Or from a broom closet.

But much better to be standing somewhere in Newtown. It imparts the sense of crisis to the viewing millions.

At the same time, the anchors are also there to give assurance. The subliminal message they transmit is: whatever has happened here is controllable.

The audience knows the anchors will provide the meaning and the official voice of the tragedy. The anchors are, in a way, priests, intoning their benediction to the suffering and their elegies to the dead.

This is what the audience expects, and this is what they get.

This expectation, in fact, is so deep that anything else would be considered an insult, a moral crime.

For example, suppose a network suddenly shifted gears and began interviewing police and residents and asking tough questions about contradictions in the official scenario. Suppose that became the primary focus. Suppose the tone became argumentative, in the interest of, God forbid, the truth.

In other words, in a jarring shift of perspective, the anchors began asking questions to seek answers. What a concept.

No, a priest doesn’t browbeat a parishioner. He takes confession and then offers a route to redemption.

But if, by some miracle, these anchors launched a quest for truth, the whole scene would devolve into uncertainty and even chaos.

“First, there was a man in the woods. You people chased him. You pinned him down and brought him back into town. Who is he? What’s his name? Where is he? Is he under questioning? What are you asking him? What gave you a clue that he might be a second shooter? Come on. Talk to us. People want to know. We aren’t going anywhere. We want some answers.”

This is called reporting, a foreign enterprise to these blown-dried kings and queens of media news.

“Sir, I know ABC definitively reported there was a second shooter. They said you gave them that information. Where did you get it?…No, I’m sorry, that’s not an answer, that’s a non-sequitur.”

Those of us reporting online declare there is something amiss when the second-shooter story is dropped like a hot potato…and we are called conspiracy theorists.

Get it? Trying to ask relevant questions becomes conspiracy only because the major media didn’t do their job in the first place.

“Sir, was it one gun found in trunk of the car or three? Show me the car. Yes. Let’s see it. I want to get the license plate. Excuse me? The car is what, some kind of state secret? I don’t think so. There are twenty dead children in that school over there, and we want to get to the bottom of this. Take me to the car.”

It’s called an investigation. Reporters do that.

“Sir, your newspaper ran a story about a man’s body being found in Adam’s brother’s apartment. Then that became Adam’s mother found dead in her own house here in Newtown. What exactly happened there? A mistake? Wouldn’t you say that was a pretty big mistake? How did it happen? What’s that? Typical confusion in the early reporting of a crime? I don’t think so. Thinking a woman was a man and thinking he or she was found in New Jersey instead of Connecticut, that’s not typical at all. Did police find a man’s body. Speak up.”

Your typical American television viewer would cringe at such demanding questions. You know why? Because he has been entrained and conditioned by news anchors to refrain from digging below the surface. In other words, that viewer is hypnotized.

“Dr. Smith and Officer Jones, we understand that this boy, who was autistic, extremely shy, who had some sort of personality disorder, went into that school and methodically carried out the slaughter of twenty-seven people. In order for him to do that, he had to reload clips at least twice after the first clip ran out. Does that make sense? We’re not just talking about a violent outburst here, we’re talking about a methodical massacre. How do you explain that?”

If these anchors kept on asking questions like this, do you know what would happen? The viewing audience would begin to stir, would begin to break through their hypnotic programming and wake up.

“You know, he’s right. That doesn’t make sense. Maybe there really was a second shooter.”

“Or that Lanza kid…maybe he didn’t kill anybody at all.”

“What? You mean he was…set up?”

“Maybe he was a patsy.”

Yes. Instead of this kind of talk being consigned to “conspiracy nuts,” it actually becomes part of the evening news experience. Because reporters suddenly ask tough questions.

But no. We have to go with grief and shock. We have to lead with it and stay with it.

But that is an artificial construct. Yes, of course people in Newtown feel great shock and pain and loss and grief and horror, but the news producers are consciously moving minutes and hours of it through the tube and filtering out everything else.

They do this every time one of these events occurs, and so the audience expects it and soaks it in and, in that state of entrainment and hypnosis, the audience doesn’t want anything else…because anything else would BREAK THE FLOW and the spell, and the grief would no longer have the same impact.

Newtown is presented as a television event. From the outset, the mood is funereal. It has that tinge and coloration. The audience absorbs it and wants no intrusion on it.

This is Matrix programming.

The anchor is not only the priest, but also the teacher. He/she shows the audience how to experience the event and what to feel and what to think and how to act.

One of the great skills of an anchor is the ability to present the news seamlessly. This is what those big paychecks are for: the blends and segueways and the underlying tone of sincerity that bleeds into every detail of what is being reported.

That is also hypnotic. It sets up a frequency that moves into the brains of the audience. In those brains, it’s an Acceptance-frequency. It’s the mark of a great news anchor, to be able to transmit that and achieve it.

Scott Pelley (CBS) has only some of that. Diane Sawyer (ABC) is decidedly inconsistent in her ability to deploy it. Brian Williams (NBC) is the contemporary master. That’s why he’s been called the Walter Cronkite of the 21st century.

“Sir, we have a report that police pinned a second man on the ground just outside the school. What is his name? What did you do with him? Where is he now.”

No, no, no, no, no. That would crack the Acceptance-frequency like an egg and send the evening news to hell in a handbasket.

“Sir, I’m glad we finally located you. We understand you were getting ready to go to Bermuda. Now, you were Adam Lanza’s doctor. What drugs did you prescribe him? Not just recently, but going all the way back to the beginning. You see, we’ve compiled a list of possible drugs for Asperger’s and autism and depression, and of course we see that they do, in fact, induce violent behavior. Suicide, homicide. Speak up, Doctor.”

The egg not only cracks in that case, the news anchor is suspended the next day, and the network releases a statement that his “breakdown” on camera was brought on by stress.

Pharmaceutical companies put him on their “to-do” list.

Yet, the questions about the drugs are exactly what a real reporter would ask. Not a “conspiracy theorist.” A reporter, on the scene in Newtown.

Anyone who thinks that is absurd and out of bounds is hypnotized, programmed. That’s all there is to it.

Traditional media are dying in this country. Their money is drying up. They could revitalize themselves in a New York minute if they really started COVERING stories and waking up their audience, but that’s not on their agenda. They would rather die.

They are the hired hands of the elites that own this country. They are the whores sent out every day by their pimps, and they know what their job is and what it isn’t.

The direction of elite television news is squeezed down the path of consciously constructing artificial events, for mass consumption experienced in a state of emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual mind-control. Those reporters who venture outside that framework are labeled fringe figures on the margins.

“Lieutenant, excuse me. Hello. Brian Williams, NBC News. I was wondering: if there had been armed employees inside the school, what are the chances the killer could have been stopped before he shot all those children? You know, people who have been trained to shoot and have concealed carry permits. Strong people who could confront a murderer.”

Oh, people say, that is not a reasonable question. That’s a nutcase question. That question shouldn’t be asked. Why not? You want the real answer? Because it destroys the hypnotic frequency that is being delivered by the television networks. That’s the real answer.

The viewer: “Don’t bother me, I’m hypnotized. Don’t interrupt the frequency my brain is absorbing while I’m watching the news.”

And of course, under those conditions, the very last person who should interrupt the hypnotic flow is the anchor himself. He’s the one who’s inducing the hypnosis in the first place.

That tells you the the anchor is quite definitely NOT there to dig up new facts or perspectives himself.

Entrainment means: the brain is being bathed in rhythms and frequencies that literally train it to accept the information that is being transmitted at the same time.

In the same way, a song can succeed because the melody (carrier frequency) makes the trite lyrics seem important.

Entrainment also makes the recipient feel he is part of something larger. This is a key component. The recipient senses he is a member of a collective that is sharing a moment, an experience.

“I feel this way, and everybody else does too.”

This is what substitutes, in our society, for individual experience and self-sufficiency.

But this collective is not real community. It only appears and feels that way. It is mass hypnosis. You can find that in Gregorian chants and in sermons. You can find it in political speeches.

The brain is bathed in certain harmonies and responds by Accepting.

The Globalists’ language is replete with entrainment. “We are all in this together.” “We are healing the planet.” “All of us must strive to make a better world for our children.”

It sounds right, it seems right, but it is delivered to create a collective instead of a real community. Take a few minutes and read Monsanto’s literature. Read it out loud. Listen to yourself. Try to impart convincing rhythms to the phrases. All of a sudden, you’re in the flow. You’re practicing entrainment.

This is what network television news does. And we aren’t even talking about the hypnotic effects of the physical signals that deliver the picture to the audience.

In a previous article, I pointed out that, if we are to believe the network coverage of the Newtown massacre, there wasn’t one angry outraged man or woman in the town. Because we didn’t see them onscreen.

The networks made sure of that. This was a conscious choice on their part.

“My son died in that school and I want to know why. I want to know exactly how the killer got in there. Who let him in? How did he get in? I WANT TO KNOW.”

Sorry, that isn’t part of the coverage.

It would interrupt the entrainment.

“Sorry, sir, you’ll have to back away. We’re doing mass hypnosis and mind control here. You’re breaking the rhythm.”

Instead, that angry man will be funneled to a grief counselor, who will try to soothe his outrage.

“Sir, we all have to find a way to begin the healing.”

Events like Newtown are extraordinary teaching moments for television. Network newscasts display a constellation of emotions that are deemed “acceptable and appropriate” for the audience to experience. And the audience is thereby trained to mirror those emotions, to feel them, to express them, to soak in them.

It’s a closed system.

This is how, incidentally, gun control works so well. It’s part of the overall message. The audience, existing inside that closed system, in that state of mass hypnosis, can be pointed to exactly the wrong remedy for the tragedy.

All the network anchor has to do is frown and shake his head a little, when the subject of guns arises. That’s all it takes, and the brains of the audience suck it in:

“Yes, of course. Take away the guns. If no one had guns, no one could shoot guns. No one would die. No crimes would be committed. How obvious.”

The capstone that makes this puerile grand solution seem reasonable is: the police are always the good guys; we can trust them; they can have all the guns and then everything will be all right.

That message is also imparted by the big-time network new anchors. These kings and queens don’t ask police the tough questions. They refrain from doing that.

In fact, the anchors ARE surrogate police chiefs. They express what the police chiefs would, if they had the anchors’ skills.

The anchors do stand-ups in Newtown and give us the absolute best of what the police would if they could. And in the process, they transmit:

Entrainment. Mass hypnosis. Mind control. Operant conditioning.

It’s perfect, if you want to be an android.
