Tom Lescher’s Weekly Report July 5, 2012

I’m double-posting today, because so many people seem to feel adrift or chaotic. Tom does a nice job explaining the passive feelings that can cause us to doubt ourselves. He talks about stages of “dormancy” and times to let go. “Dream, drop the schedule. …Allow life to move you, rather than always trying to be in control.” These times of daydreaming may help us to realize a need to adapt, to move beyond old structures and limitations. (This theme keeps coming up in sessions, too, as does the theme of “needing to prove yourself” to parents, authorities, etc. “It’s not the end of the world.” You will survive the consequences of not meeting your preconceived notions of time and responsibility.)

“Let go, let go, let go” …. of old goals, aims and directions. Tom’s suggested mantra for this week: “Within the chaos lies the perfection.” Gotta love how Mother Nature steps up the wind, right as he begins to say it! “Within the chaos lies the perfection.” Right on cue…
