I discovered this little gem by following a link from Freedom Reigns County Project to an example of a County Relocalization Project in Ohio. Their site quotes from something called The Bankers Manifesto of 1892, which seems to be playing out like clockwork again, especially with the “housing crisis” and the bogus 2-party political system:
“People without homes will not quarrel with their leaders. History repeats itself in regular cycles. This truth is well known among our principal men who are engaged in forming an imperialism of the world. While they are doing this, the people must be kept in a state of political antagonism.
“The question of tariff reform must be urged through the organization known as the Democratic Party, and the question of protection with the reciprocity must be forced to view through the Republican Party.
“By thus dividing voters, we can get them to expend their energies in fighting over questions of no importance to us, except as teachers to the common herd. Thus, by discrete actions, we can secure all that has been so generously planned and successfully accomplished.”
The quoted portions jumped out at me enough to see if I could find the full Bankers Manifesto of 1892, and I found it here. Thanks to Federal Observer Articles for posting the following in its entirety. I report it here in hopes of shining a little more light for those people still convinced that knee-jerk Democrat or Republican support will somehow resolve the money issues tearing apart our country and our lives. The bankers’ choice really comes down to one option: “Obamney.” It’s not unlike Matrix movie viewers convinced they’re so smart by choosing “the red pill” over “the blue pill,” not even considering that they could opt for no pill, a purple pill, or something completely outside the pillbox! Opening your eyes to reality doesn’t need to look tragic, and there are far more diverse options in this world than “Zion.”
If you, or people you know have trouble believing “conspiracy theories” that the banksters run both political parties in order to keep people divided and distracted, then you might find it interesting that the Bankers Manifesto of 1892 explicitly advises: “Capital must protect itself in every possible manner through combination (conspiracy) and legislation.” Here’s the full document:
The Bankers Manifesto of 1892
Revealed by US Congressman Charles A. Lindbergh, SR from Minnesota before the US Congress sometime during his term of office between the years of 1907 and 1917 to warn the citizens.
“We (the bankers) must proceed with caution and guard every move made, for the lower order of people are already showing signs of restless commotion. Prudence will therefore show a policy of apparently yielding to the popular will until our plans are so far consummated that we can declare our designs without fear of any organized resistance.
The Farmers Alliance and Knights of Labor organizations in the United States should be carefully watched by our trusted men, and we must take immediate steps to control these organizations in our interest or disrupt them.
At the coming Omaha Convention to be held July 4th (1892), our men must attend and direct its movement, or else there will be set on foot such antagonism to our designs as may require force to overcome. This at the present time would be premature. We are not yet ready for such a crisis. Capital must protect itself in every possible manner through combination (conspiracy) and legislation.
The courts must be called to our aid, debts must be collected, bonds and mortgages foreclosed as rapidly as possible.
When through the process of the law, the common people have lost their homes, they will be more tractable and easily governed through the influence of the strong arm of the government applied to a central power of imperial wealth under the control of the leading financiers. People without homes will not quarrel with their leaders.
History repeats itself in regular cycles. This truth is well known among our principal men who are engaged in forming an imperialism of the world. While they are doing this, the people must be kept in a state of political antagonism.
The question of tariff reform must be urged through the organization known as the Democratic Party, and the question of protection with the reciprocity must be forced to view through the Republican Party.
By thus dividing voters, we can get them to expand their energies in fighting over questions of no importance to us, except as teachers to the common herd. Thus, by discrete action, we can secure all that has been so generously planned and successfully accomplished.”
Thanks again to Federal Observer for sharing relevant historical documents!
[As I finished typing that I was at 777 for word count. “777 — The angels applaud you… ‘congratulations, you’re on a roll! Keep up the good work and know your wish is coming true.’ This is an extremely positive sign and you should also expect more miracles to occur.” Thanks, Doreen Virtue and angels. Indeed, I’ve got some big wishes, and I anticipate and relish those miracles. 😉 ]

Wow. Doesn’t leave one with much hope for alternatives at the voting booth. Often I wonder if it’s worth voting at all. Can there actually be a lesser of two evils? And what a concept on which to base one’s choice of a world leader, anyway. I’m at peace with the strong possibility that Earth will expel us in short order, and good riddance! Poor flawed humans. It’s high time for an “intelligent species” do-over.

Call me a crazy optimist, but I still have hope for the little humans. Since perspective plays such a key role in reality creation, I just keep nudging people to tear down the veils and then decide to create something better. Can you imagine a world with squeaky clean leadership options? Can you imagine a world with only very local organizations? What about a world in which people recognize they create their own abundance? A world in which so many people “get” that that there’s never anymore poverty or starvation?
I’ve talked to people on both sides of the arbitrary aisle, and some people in government truly do wish to help people. They’re just misinformed by lobbyists regarding how that might actually play out.
Ditto on the banking industry. I have a lot of clients who are involved in some way in the banking industry, and most of them are lovely people just trying to help others get control of their own lives. I’ve even had conversations with people at the IRS and have had a client or two who work there … bottom line: there ARE good people everywhere. I think it’s important to remember that, even as the veils come down. There are really relatively few completely diabolical people in the world. The SYSTEMS created by and for those few are the problem. As more and more people wake up, the collective reality will shift.
… But if it doesn’t, I’ll be first in line for the faery portal. 😉

For those who don’t believe me about Obamney being one and the same: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=IWDJEc92d38 check this video out … in their own words, Obama and Romney saying exactly the same things on pretty much every talking point.

At a time when two-party (i.e. two sides of the same coin) divisions are running at all time highs, I felt called to repost The Bankers Manifesto of 1892. Please look behind the curtain. There’s more to this in your face shutdown than meets the eye. Find some small (or large) thing that you can do today that invokes and supports what you’re truly looking to bring into this world, what you truly long to experience. I encourage you to eliminate the need for a middle man to bring that dream into being. What can *you* do *now* to move energies and actions along in your desired direction. NEITHER of these political parties works for your benefit, regardless of pretty speeches or media propaganda. Who are *you* and how do *you* wish to live? We live in extraordinary times. Please don’t make the mistake that a resolution in Washington Deceit will make or break your life. As Richard Bach said, “Argue for your limitations and sure enough they’re yours.” “Today is a new day. Don’t let your history interfere with your destiny! Let today be the day you stop being a victim of your circumstances and start taking action towards the life you want. You have the power and the time to shape your life. Break free from the poisonous victim mentality and embrace the truth of your greatness. You were not meant for a mundane or mediocre life!” ~Steve Maraboli
