Thanks to Gillian for directing my attention to this speech by Dr. Benjamin Carson. Shown live on CSPAN, this speech went straight to Obama’s ears and straight across the mainstream propaganda airwaves. Then it went viral on YouTube. I had to post it because in powerful, yet gentle and articulate words, Dr. Carson discusses so much of what I’ve been thinking and posting about this past week: parables, unity vs. uniformity, the dumbing down of the American education system, causes for concern, reasons for hope, spiritual issues of freedom and repression, and the need for people to join together to bring about their truly common good. I’m still smiling in my heart, amazed this aired. I pray every day for this country and for our world. It’s nice to see external affirmations of the growing change in consciousness.
